Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for providing this copy in exchange for an honest review. So, this book follows on from its predecessors in the series but I'm confident saying it would be a pleasant read as a stand-alone romance also. This one focuses around the ex-SEAL boss, Charlie and his ex Madelyn... I felt the plot worked nicely, but I wanted more emotional depth and character information to really reel me in and keep me invested throughout. This could have been achieved through an inner monologue or flashbacks... Having said that the plot is engaging and it's definitely an easy read in terms of narrative and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes a military romance.

Well, I do rather like Leslie North romance books... This needs to be said!
But I do feel like I have read this book before...
But that is because this series is very similar in the storyline compared to her other books.
So basically, what I am saying is this; If you have read one SEAL-series from Leslie North, you have read them all... But they are still good! ;-)

This is a good book. The two main characters are Madelyn and Charles. They were once a couple but broke up. Madelyn is in a Mexico trying to get the people fresh water. Charles shows up because he is trying to gain evidence against the cartel that is stealing the water. They both have issues but work together to solve them and fall in love.

When I got this book I didn't realize it was the third book in the series. I did wish I had read the other ones first because there were some subtle nuances I missed. Overall it was a solid adventurous romance novel. Good steamy scenes and decent chemistry between the characters that was made stronger with the tension of a tangled history between them. Charlie and Madelyn broke up eight years ago. He shows up to bail her out of jail. Charlie is there to take down the cartel who have been involved in laced marijuana, human trafficking and opium production. He needs Madelyn’s help. She is perfectly situated with her local volunteer work. Their flame rekindles and it makes for a easy and fast paced read. Great for a weekend at the beach.
There was a lot of time hopping which sometimes got confusing and a lot of text/font switching which got me confused for a little bit until I settled into the story.

Leslie ends the series with another great story in this third and final installment. Perfect ending to a great series!

Seal's Beautiful Ex is an action-packed second chance romance. I really wanted to see the cartel finally get dealt with but it's an uphill struggle. Charlie and co have their work cut out for them in this instalment but the HEA is worth all the tension and suspense. A good short read that entertains from start to finish.

I enjoyed the Bronte security series, The third instalment was no exception. A fast paced read with the perfect amount of mystery and. romance.

SEAL's Beautiful Ex is the third book in the Bronte Security Services series by Leslie North. This book can easily be read as a standalone romance.
I really enjoyed reading this book! The characters were great, the romance was beautiful and the story was fascinating! This was definitely a "can't put down" kind of read with a fast paced story, an exciting mystery, and overall captivating story. I loved how this book brought together all of the characters from the previous books and tied it all together.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

The Bronte Security team is back in Mexico searching for a cartel leader when Charlie finds Madelyn, the one he let get away years ago. Reuniting isn’t ever easy and Madelyn isn’t going to risk her hard work to suffer because of it. While the two work together to take down the Cartel, their love can’t be ignored but the danger they are both in may be too late. Leslie gives her characters life and a personality that you seem to know them and their adventures will have you on the edge of your seat.

A good fast paced read. This series is such an intense read, with some action, some travel and study of local areas and some great romance. Madelyn and Charlie haven’t been together for years after a huge bust up, and we find out what they meant to each other and what they could still mean to each other as they investigate a cartel. Some strong sex scenes and a solid plot with character you just like.

Charlie and Madelyn have history together. They broke up eight years ago. He shows up to bail her out of jail. Charlie is there to take down the cartel who have been supplying laced marijuana, human trafficking and opium production. He needs Madelyn’s help. She is perfectly situated with her volunteer work.
This is the last book in the Bronte Security series. The heroine is strong and passionate about her cause. The hero has the need to make sure the cartel is shut down so they don’t hurt any more people especially the ones who are close to him. They rekindle their relationship. This book contains serious topics. The book is well written. The whole series kept me up the edge of my seat.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for providing a free copy in exchange of an honest review. So I was expecting Eric to be with Sofia’s friend in book 1. Also the plot was interesting but it felt short. The FMC was also kinda rash and not thinking straight so that made me annoyed.

When I think of romance, I think of books just like this one, that gives all the feels and satisfies every romance junkies' heart. This is a perfect books to snuggle up with on any day. This one took by surprise! Leslie North is one of my favorites!

I have read all three books in the Bronte Security series and have enjoyed them. The second book is my favorite and unfortunately, this one is my least favorite. That doesn't mean it is bad, but I don't feel the love connection as strongly as you do in the second book. This is a second chance at love book and while I liked Madelyn and respected her fight for her charity, I wasn't able to connect with her as a love interest for Charlie. I can see why he would respect her, but she was selfish and I think Charlie deserved better. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4. Leslie North is a good writer, I enjoy her books, for me, this one just missed as far as the heroine was concerned. Thanks NetGalley for an advanced copy.

Third in the Brontë Security Services series and Charlie and Madelyn find themselves back together posing as a couple to take down the drug cartel. The three ex seals succeed and allowing a HEA for them all.

Super sexy alpha Charlie is a former Navy SEAL and works for Bronte Security. Madelyn and Charlie were once lovers. Charlie is in Mexico and he needs Madelyn’s help in taking down Perez and his cartel but first he has to get her out of jail. Madelyn and Charlie pretend to be lovers while working undercover. Since these two have a past can they pull it off being a pretend couple and keep their feelings at bay. The more time that Madelyn and Charlie spend together the two are doing their best but faith steps in their feelings are front and center.
Can Charlie and Madelyn take down Perez and the cartel, can Charlie protect and keep Madelyn safe, will they get a second chance at an HEA?

I really enjoyed this novel!
The main characters, Madelyn Franklin and Charlie Bronte, were kind of awesome together. I liked their witty banter, sizzling chemistry, and their story arc. This was a solid romance novel and I found it to be well written. The plot was engaging and the pacing moved swiftly.
Definitely worth a read.

We are back with the Bronte Security Services men, all former SEALs , determined to right the wrong. Charlie Bronte, is the computer genius and leader of the group. He is in Mexico to do some undercover work. Work that entails finally getting the man behind the human trafficking and drugs that are getting to the US.
Whom Charlie didn’t expect to see was Madelyn Franklin, the girl he left behind 10 years and truly never forgot.
Though there is some animosity, there is lots of chemistry still between them. So when a fake relationship is created in order to help each other’s agenda, the line between make believe and reality gets blurry.
But first they have to overcome the danger surrounding both . Will they get the bad guys at the end? Will they each go their separate ways or will they realize they have been given a second chance?
The story was engaging and a good addition to the series. That said, book 1 and 2 still remain my favorite ones.

I enjoyed how all three of the books in this series connect. It was great to see the big guy being taken down. The suspension kept me guessing and turning the pages faster to see what would happen next.

Seal's beautiful ex by Leslie North.
Book 3 of Bronte Security Services.
what could go wrong?
The last thing Madelyn Franklin wants to do is pretend she and her ex, Charlie, are a couple again. But when a cartel leader begins to destroy local farms, the two realize they have a common enemy.
I really enjoyed this book. Charlie Ian and Eric were a great team. I loved Madelyn. How she was. Always helping people. Lucia grew on me. I didn't trust her at all. Perez I really hated. Valencia I liked. 5*.
