Quite interesting book with a strong focus on innovation and strategy. There are tools and frameworks that help to shape an idea for innovation in business environment. You can find good examples on other big and successful brands who went through transformation. Most valuable parts are the focus questions at the end of each chapter. These questions act like a coach and while you work on the answers you have a good chance to come up with your own innovation and strategy action plan.
