A great book for teens, it covers loads of issues teens face in everyday life and provides full guidance and advice to cope with them as they come up.

I really enjoyed this book and it was a really positive and uplifting read

I thought that it was a great book about positives – kindness, caring, compassion and a lot about loving yourself and self-care which is often overlooked by many.

The book was well laid out, it was nice and had some lovely illustrations and encouraging quotes, quite a few I have noted down to remember as an adult

The book is aimed at children but I think that it can easily be a book for all ages

It is 5 stars from me for this one – very highly recommended!

What a book. Perfect for dipping in and out of when you need a pick me up. Short, sharp ideas to give you something to think about. The kids have loved looking at it too.

365 Days of Calm is a relaxing and uplifting book for children filled with encouraging quotes, positive affirmations and simple activities and includes one of these for every day of the year. I as an adult found this a great tool to use to calm my mind, practice mindfulness and also made me feel calmer and more relaxed so I can imagine it will be just as beneficial for a child. My daughter suffers with anxiety and I'm hoping to get this book in physical format for her as I'm sure it will help her immensely. There's some great quotes and simple activities in this book that children can do independently. I highly suggest this book for all children to help support and comfort them through emotional or anxious times.

I was very impressed with this little book.

It is aimed at children and contains a page a day for a year which has a positive affirmation or simple activity to do in order to promote calmness in their life.

I love the idea of children taking that quick moment every day for themselves.

The pages are brightly coloured and have lovely clear fonts.

A lovely wee book that would make a wonderful gift.
