Lovely collection of creative projects for kids to try!

Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for the digital copy for review

I think this could be helpful for some parents, but for me, it just didn't click. Most of it is just making masks of various sizes and colors and putting things on them, and I found the masks pretty creepy. I wanted more of a variety of craft projects.

It is amazing what fabulous things children (and adults) can create with some boxes, paper, scissors, stickers, paint and glue. This is a fun book and carries some great ideas for children to make in an afternoon or longer.
Fabulous masks, even a jacket and some small project using collage, tins and broken toys. The masks are big, colorful and full of imagination, what child wouldn't be willing to throw themselves into these projects. . Thanks you NetGalley and the publishers for the DRC

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.

Let's Make Art is a bright and colourful project book of lots of fun things for children to make at home or in school, using mostly materials that can be found around the home. I loved the range of projects in this book and feel there's is something for everyone to enjoy in it. Each project has instructions to follow and colour photographs to accompany it. The children in the book look like they had a great time making things too! This would be a great book for rainy days and school holidays as well as great for inspiration and ideas for homework assignments too.

This is a colorful and fun book of art projects that use recycled materials. In some cases they would be hard for me to find, such as adhesive vinyl from a sign making shop. Our family runs a free community arts center and I was hoping for some simple, open ended, inexpensive projects to use for the kids there but these didn’t really appeal to me as much as I hoped. Still a great book with a wonderful focus on sustainability and creativity.

This is a beautiful and creative craft book for children. The book features ideas to make beautiful art using household materials. I loved that the book featured so many recycled products and everyday items. The book also has a variety of levels to make your crafts. Some projects had step by step directions for the un-creative like me! Other projects were more open ended for children and adults who are a bit more artistic.

Most of the projects felt like they would be suitable for upper elementary aged students, however some could be done with help by younger children. Certainly older kids and adults can also complete any of these projects and find ideas for their next craft. This book would be great for a recycled arts and crafts program!

This was a fantastic and accessible children's craft inspiration book.

I absolutely loved that the projects were relatively simple with the focus being on the child's artistic contributions.

All the projects are made using mostly regular household items which will appeal to most parents and ideal for rainy day activities.

The layout was lovely with beautiful photos showing inspiration and guidance and the numbered photos relating to the written instructions is very helpful.

I am the parent to a 10 year old who is autistic and has ADHD and I could happily see us making pretty much all the projects in here, the jacket out of a paper table cloth will be top of our list!

Many thanks to the publisher for giving me a digital ARC to provide an honest review.

This is such a fun project book for the little (and big!) ones. Each project is wonderfully illustrated and explained--step by step. The masks are especially fun projects (and the wearable jacket) to foster creativity and the skills of budding mask/puppet makers. Stellar job! One of the best art project books I've seen.
