Short easy read that is exactly what it says it is: tips for helping you get to sleep. While this was something I blew through I don't necessarily know that it needed to be in book form. I feel like an internet article would have sufficed.
A great little book on how to improve you sleep! I really enjoyed the tips and tricks, and all the information was easy to digest. I loved the previous book in this series about bowel movements
Good Night by Julia Blohberger; Roos Neeter was a delightful book about sleep hygiene and how to have a good night's sleep! This is a lovely book for those wanting a better rest routine and have issues fitting in rest.
As someone who has a rather love/hate relationship with sleep, I was curious about this book just from the cover alone. While there wasn't anything super groundbreaking in this book, it was a fun little guide to help better your sleep hygiene. It was engaging and very pretty, filled will helpful tips and tricks.
