Always looking for things to add to the metaphysical/spiritual section of our library, and this is a great text to have on hand for anyone interested in dream interpretation or dreamwork. Only downfall of course is the journal entries, but we will still most likely purchase for our library.

Just like so many of these books it sparks some interesting conversations about the nature of Dreams & the meaning behind them and is a great gift idea.

Got mixed feelings about this book. Yes I liked it seemed helpful. But not sure if I'd actually reread this. I say 3.5 stars. Not sure who I know would read this book. I was drawn to it because of the blurb of the book. So it's why I gave this book a chance.

I really love this dream book. Lots of information and also interactive. I’ve always been fascinated by my dreams and meanings behind them.
Definitely check this one out!

This was such a well thought out book. It easy layer out the fundamentals so clearly, it allows you to interact with the book, on a very new perspective I haven’t seen done in many dream books.
I plan to sit down with a journal and really work through the activities and see not only the growth in my knowledge of y own dreams but for future dreams.

The Dreamwork HandBook is a new & completely revised edition of Dreams & Relationships.

This is certainly a hands-on experience. I was able to use the tricks and tips that I picked up in this book to interpret dreams I had while on a camping trip.

A tool I picked up that I think is most valuable is focusing on the EMOTIONS and imagery/symbolism versus trying to create a linear full story. We overlook emotions in dreams so often - I realize that dreams are the place where I feel my feelings the most intensely. Dream emotions accurately reflect our waking emotions even if they are buried.

Dreams are so incredibly unique in meaning from each person to person. Intuition plays a huge part in dream interpretation. Dreams do not conform to the rules of waking logic. Sometimes dreams can be prophetic and supernatural with the soul leaving the body.

"At first, dreaming may seem incompatible with waking logic, but ultimately our various states of consciousness synergize each another - the unconscious breadth of dreaming complements our waking rationality and common sense"

I took many pages of notes for such a short book! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in lucid dreaming, getting a better night's sleep, analyzing and understanding dreams in general, or someone who has had a recurring dream they're trying to finally crack. I feel as though this book will offer so much clarity and I am grateful the author took the time to share his knowledge to help the masses. This book is incredibly helpful!

I’ve always been interested in dreamwork and interpreting dreams, so seeing this book was an easy decision for me to want to read it. However this is the first book I have read where it focuses on using your dreams for love and relationships. It was quite interesting and not your typical dream book. If you’re interested in dreamwork in relation to your relationships, both personal and romantic, this is the book for you!
