As a lover of baseball and as someone who strives to visit every ball park this book was fantastic! It was informative. Pictures, history everything was awesome! It is a must for fans of the game!
Interesting book looking at the classic old grounds of baseball and some of the newer grounds too. the author discusses each in an informative way which makes it easy for fans or just general readers to enjoy.
This book is a must read for baseball fans. It has lots of great side bars like top 10 moments, firsts and lasts at the stadium, famous players who played for the home team, and famous elements of the park. The book is really more about the team and the stadium rather than just the stadium. The book is full of interesting stats such as Don Zimmer had the last hit at Ebbets field. The pictures are amazing and plentiful throughout the book.
This book is a must have for baseball fans. It covers all the iconic stadiums as well as the best on the current ones. It simultaneously gives you a gateway to baseball past, while informing you of all what is great with todays ball parks.

If you are a baseball fan, if you enjoy just an occasional game or a fan that has a bucket list to visit all the baseball parks this is a great informative book for you! The book is filled with beautiful photos and details that bring to life the history and nostalgia of baseball.
This book offers amazing details of the various baseball parks throughout the major US cities. It also includes some of the very first parks that got the baseball sport started. Some of these parks I have had the opportunity it’s to visit and it is fun to read and learn about certain specifics and interesting firsts that happened at the various stadiums. I love the attention to detail on some of the other facts regarding certain stadiums such as the only at segment which focuses on details specifically for that stadium. There is also a section regarding top 10 moments which I loved to relive some of the moments I was able to see or watch.
This book brings back so many childhood memories of going to the baseball games with my family. It is a great book for any baseball lover!

Stunning photography and written history celebrates the unique beauty of each stadium examined. It was wonderful to see Tiger Stadium as it is usually an omitted place in the annuals of famous ballparks.
