Australian Women's Weekly Quick & Easy But, Simple, Everyday Recipes in 30 Minutes or Less was a lovely book especially as it was well illustrated throughout and easy recipes to follow. This book was wonderful and I enjoyed reading and looking through this book by DK and surprising my Hubby with some mouth watering meals and lunches.

Australian Women's Weekly Quick & Easy: Simple, Everyday Recipes in 30 minutes or less is a visually stunning cookbook. The photographic images of the dishes are so vibrant and colourful which makes the dishes look so appetising.

The book is divided into four sections: Express Lunches; Weeknight Feasts; Something Special and Desserts. The recipes are very easy to follow and combine fresh ingredients with some quick cheats e.g. frozen puff pastry, oven chips, dough balls, etc. In some cases recipes include tips on which ingredients can be substituted, which is really useful.

I’ve already tried the Greek spinach and feta pie which is really delicious and I can’t wait to try out some of the other recipes.

Huge thanks to NetGalley and the publishers DK for making this book available to me for a fair and honest review.

This cookbook is packed with delicious recipes that are quick to make and all look delicious! A great range of vegetarian, fish and meat options for lunch, dinners and special meals. I really like the look of the thai fishcake burgers, so I can't wait to try them! Some unique dishes I haven't seen in lots of other cookbooks, which makes this a great addition to your shelf!

A lovely cookbook full of bright colours and amazing recipes, but does not work as an E-book. Only available landscape cuts off the pages, and the format just does not work. Would be very hard to use to cook something alongside. This would work better as a hard copy or a better downloadable file.

A good set of easy, quick, practical recipes that are well-written and easy to follow. Haven't tried them out yet, but there are definitely several I have my eye on.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of recipes in the book. My notoriously food picky husband found quite a few things he wanted me to cook ! I really liked how quickly some of these could be on the table.

OH Wow!!!!!!!! This book makes me so hungry. Formatting issues loading on kindle but opens great on the netgalley app. There are so many dishes in here I am definitely going to be making often. From the Halloumi skewers with blackberry dressing, the pork filet with mushroom sauce, rigatoni with arrabbiata and chorizo sauce, sesame-crusted chicken with 'quickled' slaw and the teriyaki chicken rice paper rolls. Oh boy, my mouth is watering just typing these. The pictures of each dish are breathtakingly delicious!! Highly highly recommended!!!!!!! Yum

I love cooking, cookbooks and collecting cookbooks as I love just reading them, picking recipes to try and experimenting. Australian Women's Weekly Cookbooks have always been a favourite of mine and this book was no different.

I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes so that we can get a meal on the table that is good, tasty and quick to make and this book provided just that. Broken up into chapters like Express Lunches, Weeknight Feasts, Something Special and Desserts (of course), this has a bit of everything!

The recipes are easy to follow and there are certainly tasty and I look forward to doing a bit of experimenting and trying many of these recipes. The photos are tasty and inviting and make you want to get in the kitchen and start cooking

So many quick, simple, easy to make and tasty meals and treats. First stop for me is the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Paper Rolls. YUM! But there are some tasty salads I want to try as well as a Spicy Miso Dumpling Soup, Greek Spinach and Feta Pie, Jerk Salmon with Yoghurt Potatoes, Muhroom and Goats Cheese Ravioli and of course a sweet or two is on the cards.

YUM! Love it and look forward to trying so many of these recipes.
