I love listening to Rhiannon Lambert-she is completely no nonsense when it comes to nutrition!

I was super keen to read her book but sadly the e-book format wasn't very accessible. I will however be buying a hard copy!

What an amazing book!!

The simple facts about nutrition and food science are laid bare. It is easy to understand, but not dumbed down! Myths and harmful ideas about food and diet are debunked. It really is one of the best “improve your relationship with food/eating” books that I’ve seen. It is such a beautifully presented book too.

Treat yourself to this book if you are anyway interested in food or nutrition or your relationship to either.

I have a keen interest in food and nutrition and enjoyed this book immensely. It was written in an easy to understand format and was very clear to make out. I look forward to reading it again.

This is a very easy to read book that thoroughly covers everything we may want to know about nutrition. Many myths about food and diet are debunked and we are given the truths we need to know about how to have a healthy relationship with food. The book is beautifully laid out and explains everything clearly without jargon. Recommended for everyone with an interest in nutrition and who wants to live a healthier life.

Fascination exploration of the science of nutrition. A thorough but easily readable academic survey. Has some very interesting conclusions. I will be dipping in and out of this book for some time.

This book is absolutely fascinating!! From a quick glance through i have learnt so so much. As an someone who has an auto-immune disorder and regularly suffers with anaemia and B12 issues, this book has already taught me ways to help manage it a bit more. I'd happily have this as a hardback book as a go-to guide (and it will probably be a bit more user-friendly than kindle. Initially requested for my other half who is a chef but even I have found it interesting. Great book.
