This early reader actually tells you a lot more about Wakanda and her people than just Shuri, but never let that put you off. It's a junior encyclopaedia to Okoye, the heart-shaped herb, the different ways the Black Panthers protect their country, and the baddies wanting to steal the extraterrestrial Vibranium from them. The artwork comes from a spread of styles and titles, seemingly, and the text is just engaging enough to make the young fan of Wakanda an eager page-turner. A true fan will know all of this and more, but as an early-reading dose of "non-fiction" it's got to be welcome.
