Adorable theme, and while I couldn't access the lift the flap features on this e-book, I'm sure my patrons will enjoy playing with the flaps. I will add this to my ordering list in the children's department!

This delightfully quick book is perfect for small children who enjoy books with flaps. It has pull tabs and pop-up elements for locating the different monsters. Comparable to a bookish form of peek-a-boo your little one will delight in finding all the monsters throughout.

This is a great children's board book, which has beautiful illustrations, and flaps, tabs and pop ups, which all young children will love and have fun with. The story is about a brother and sister who look for a monster in their garden. My daughter loved this book, and she thought the monster was funny. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for a copy of this book.

Once again an adorable toddler- friendly story by Lucy Semple. Love that this one is a pull tab so it’s a different interaction style to the lift the flap of Dragon. I would absolutely have bought the print and my daughter loved it!

This book is the perfect addition to add to your toddlers library especially for this Halloween season. . I received a free digital copy through NetGalley but the book has flaps and is a fun interactive book for children 6 and under would enjoy. The pages are short so makes perfect to keep your child’s interest. The illustrations are colorful and eye catching.

The illustrations in this book are beautiful and they immediately caught my eye. This book is a lift, pull and pop book which is great for children who enjoy the sensory side of books as well as the images. The book would be well suited to young readers around 4 or 5 years old, depending on their level of reading. It would be a great book for instigating conversations about what's behind the pull out part of the book, especially when reading to groups of children as it would be sure to get them giggling!

Thanks to Netgalley and Happy Yak for a free digital copy.

A silly little peekaboo book about Ruby playing in the yard with her brother Noah and searching for a monster. It is humorous but ends so suddenly.

Another super cute read from NetGalley. Never too early to start reading kids books to find the perfect gifts for the holiday. The illustrations are beautiful and the brother and sister banter is great as little sister tries to convince him there is a monster following them.

And she plays football which is so adorable and empowering to let little girls know they can do anything they want!

And it's a pop up book so even more fun for the kids!

Nice book, nice story , beautiful art. But it's too short.

A very cute lift, pull and pop book, ideal for toddlers. The little girl tells the boy there is a monster, he doesn't believe her. The flaps reveal the hidden monster. Lovely easy to read text and bright pictures. Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this book.

A very early, early reader, showing a young girl insistent that her day in the park with her brother is full of evidence that there's a monster about. The flaps to pull aside, the slidey bits to lift up and big pop-out ending all show that she's right and he's very wrong. Sometimes these are barely books, but just tools getting young minds and hands used to relating to such objects, but here the story was very nicely done. Hard to fault.

I reviewed this book on line with my 2 1/2 old.
The story of a brother and sister searching for a friendly looking monster in the garden is beautifully illustrated and has simple dialogue.

This online version is colourful and engaging prompting smiles ans monster noises from the young reader.

With this book as a physical copy of lifting and pulling flaps, I feel it would be even more engaging however the online version was still a hit.

The pages are colourful and beautifully drawn.

I am excited to share this book and others in the series as they were readily received

I thought that this was an enjoyable book, it was fun and interactive

The story was easy to follow and it was fun to read with my daughter - it was lovely

She has recently learnt to read in Reception at school so it was great that we could read it together

The illustrations are lovely and they really bring the story to life and I loved the idea of lifting the flaps to find the monsters that were hiding in the book!

It is five stars from me for this one – very highly recommended!

This brightly colored and engagingly illustrated short book, follows siblings. One believes in monsters and the other does not. Kids will enjoy the cute surprise ending.

This book is described as a lift, pull and pop book. Of course, that does not come across in an e-galley. I think that the actual board book will be even cuter and it was still pretty cute.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group for this title. All opinions are my own.

Monster - Hide & Peek by Lucy Semple is a lovely read for monster fans!

Ruby tries convincing her brother Noah that monsters are real. Finding footprints, stinky smells and ruined flower beds, but that doesn't seem to help Noah believe.

This is an adorable interactive picture book with beautiful illustrations. I love the hiding places of the Monster and that there is always a smile on his face. My only issue is the size of the text, sometimes on the digital copy I would have to zoom in to see what it says. That took away from the flow of reading the story. Will definitely recommend.

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC.
