I think this is a must read if you work in L&D as there's plenty of ideas and and it's easy to follow.

Great high level veiw of modern L&D. As an L&D professional who has to manage devolved budgets and liaise with secondary L&D groups within smaller departments, this is an excellent go to for upskilling these departments.

I like how the book is broken down, the sections are very concise and clear, with a vast majority of information relavent to our professional situation.

Would recommend L&D professionals to add this to their company library for education in best practice.
