My First Jungle Animals is a sweet little cloth box book that features animals from jungles around the world. Really cute illustrations in an interesting format, meant for babies. The format allows for a multi-sensory experience for babies. But I'm sure even slightly older kids will enjoy either copying out the drawings or scribbling on the book directly - I would do it if it were me!

Thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for the digital ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Precious illustrations. It’s hard to get the full effect of a cloth book when viewed on a kindle.. I think it’s a good start to an animal book series for toddlers.

This cloth book for the youngest children is one of several that is being published now. As is true for the others, this title is bright and engaging. Young ones will enjoy seeing the brightly colored jungle animals in this book that is made for little hands.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group for this title. All opinions are my own.

I love everything about this book - the format, the bright colours and bold illustrations. The text is clear and turning each page is a pleasure even digitally. A brilliant book to share with little ones introducing Jungle animals facilitating the acquisition of new vocabulary.

Very bright and colourful - can see babies will love it - even if it is just to suck!
Both of my children enjoyed playing with similar books to this when they were babies

Really like this one. Again the colors are great and the choice of non typical jungle animals is fantastic. The pictures are really nicely done and pretty accurate.

Yes, you too can get your pre-toddler interested in sloths and jaguars with minimal effort. Actually, you can't – which is why products like this are mentally stimulating playthings, tools to get the hands and eyes attuned to using the other mentally stimulating playthings we call books. Now I saw this digitally and cannot quite get a successful mental image of what the product is, and how it turns from a book to a block of things into a "bonus puzzle game", and so all I can report on is what is on the page. And these are fine – yes they have a lot of 70s-influenced colour clashes and design quirks, and no way are these all jungle critters, let alone from the same rainforest, but these books are only designed to present the beasties in isolation, and as brightly as possible, and in that regard this vivid and colourful kindergarten item is achieving all it set out to do.

Brightly-coloured jungle animals inhabit the pages of this new first book for babies which can be used with three other similar books.

I received an advanced copy of this thanks to NetGalley and the publishers but the opinions expressed are my own. As my preview copy was an e.book I am unable to comment on the softness of the cloth but the content will make a great first book which can be linked to others in this series. This will make a great gift for my grandson's first Christmas.

A beautiful book for babies and toddlers, with bold illustrations and names for the adult to read aloud. The layout and formatting is engaging. Even digitally, this captured my babies attention. A brilliant starter book that would be a wonderful gift.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for gifting me this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I love the bright colors! The selected jungle animals are appropriate as well. I think the idea of a soft fabric cube is great!
