Beautifully written, compelling and thought provoking, I was drawn by the cover and blurb, not one I would normally read but I’m glad I did, im recommending this one.

A dark romance full of suspense.. The perfect mix of love story and thriller. I was intrigued by the main characters and couldn't put it down.

I only requested an advance copy of this book because of the description of the story. A 37-year old woman receives a friend request from her first love on social media and she accepts, not thinking about the consequences of engaging in a dialogue. I really wanted to enjoy it but found the way it is written in email format, is not an engaging way for me to read a story. I dislike letter/emails style stories, since they're so narrow and does not give the reader any room to envision anything more than what is in the contents of the email. This prevented me to be engaged and even try to get through the whole story. I was disappointed as this one was not for me.
