This book started so slowly and took me a while to get into. It was not written in a suspenseful way and I felt the legal bits were dull. However the book did cover the topic of transgender well.

It took me a while to get into this book but once I did I enjoyed it, very well written and all the characters were believable, some I liked, some I didn't but the storyline was interesting.

This book was classed as a Mystery Thriller, a Thriller yes but not really a Mystery the baddies were introduced early on with no great plot twists as such, there were however plenty of murders. Well written and educational for me with regards to the transgender aspect of the story. An atmospheric engaging taut and at times tense page turner. Good characters throughout especially our brave fearless and somewhat vulnerable heroine, I look forward to more.

A really enjoyable read that kept me on the edge of my seat and had my heart racing. A well written and compelling read that has left me excited to see what else the writer does.
