I Need Help; A story of trauma, trials and triumphs by Chisara Okehi is an incredible biography and absolutely took my breath away. A book that belongs on every library shelf! I felt so lucky to get a copy for myself! I have shared on my goodreads, bookstagram, and booktok!

This was an inspiring and informative book that I enjoyed from start to finish, despite its heavy subject matter. I connected with the author immediately and really cared about her story and where she ended up. Each chapter was engaging and kept me turning the pages.
