My daughter enjoyed reading this book. The theme is nice and the language is age appropriate and easy to understand.

This sweet heartwarming story empowers kids to be the best that they can be. It inspires them to know they are in control of their thoughts and feelings and can use those special powers for good!

The book encourages good behaviour and affirms that kids are strong and mighty and can be an amazing positive force in the world. What child doesn't want to be a superhero?

Using kindness and helpfulness as awesome affirmative weapons kids will grow in stature and grace. The kid-friendly illustrations and the flowing fun rhyming will have kids coming back again and again to ingest and enjoy the story.

The author has added Connection Questions at the back of the book so parents and teachers can dialogue about the practicality and wisdom the book has to offer.

"Teaching your child to become more self-aware and share their love with others not only builds their confidence but also strengthens all five core skills for Social Emotional Learning. SEL core competencies:

Thank you NetGalley and Bloom Publications for accepting my request to read and review I Am Mighty Me.

Author: S. Alston

Genre: Children's Fiction -- Parenting & Families

The goal of the book is to have family time with a child while teaching they will have a multitude of feelings throughout their life, and with guidance the child can begin to develop self-confidence. Subsequently building their ability to lessen becoming a victim.

I found the book premise appealing. However, this missed its mark for me. Too many long fragmented sentences with illustrations that didn't match the wording. Also, the Kindle copy I have had serious spacing and/or no spacing in sentences. I had to seek the words. Finally, as I was reading and flipping the pages the coloring was difficult on my eyes. It was as if lights were flashing.

I do commend the author for her goal and love that she put a note to parents at the front of the book.

This book is the cutest!

Thank you, Bloom Publications, for the advance reading copy.

The book focuses on how to encourage kids to build good habits. I love how simple this book is. But I know how this book will make the child reading it a self sufficient person when they grow up.

I love the cover, the contents, the concept as well as the illustrations.

One super powerful book!
