Such a cute and uplifting story! I loved it, and recommend it to everyone young and old. Loved it so much I bought it for my own collection.

Mr. Perfect is fancy and has very good taste. He is in love with the Moon. He can't wait for her to appear and when she does he hurries up to the roof and dotes on her splendour and serenades her with his guitar. The feeling is reciprocal and both have tremendous feelings of love for one another.

Mr. Perfect's human owners decide to move to a new home and he has to depart also. Will that be the end of his romance with the Moon?

In his new house he becomes sad, lethargic, won't eat and loses all interest in living. His humans take him to the vet and discover that physically he is sound but emotionally he is broken-hearted. Oh my!

That night like every night he is by the window just staring outside when suddenly he sees a light over his paw. What paw-sibly could be creating that light shining down on him? Can you guess? Will Mr. Perfect be re-united with his true love and together they will live happily-ever-after just like in a fairy tale?

This is a delightful story that highlights the power of love and the emotional stress of moving to a new home. The illustrations are bright, colourful and kid-friendly. I recommend this book.

Princess Fuzzypants here: Mr. Perfect is …well, perfect. He is a handsome well groomed tuxedo cat who is fastidious in his habits. He is also in love with the Moon. He goes up to the roof of his house and serenades her. They are very much in love. So when his humans inform him that they are moving to a new house, he is bereft. How can he leave his much beloved Moon.

After the move, Mr. Perfect loses all interest in life. He is lethargic and doesn’t eat. His humans are so worried that they take him to the vet. There is nothing wrong with him= except his broken heart but what is this? As he gazes out his window one night, there she is. The Moon, in all her beauty and glory. He charges up to the roof where they are reunited and he begins to sing her his song. He is one very happy kitty.

This is a sweet story for the younger reader perhaps at bedtime. The artwork is charming too. Four purrs and two paws up.

adored this The illustrations, the story, and the presentation are all excellent. The author's handling of caring for Mr. Perfect while realising that there was a problem while not understanding what it was pleased me. Cats can't speak.

Iaboni explores unsaid concerns while tackling the topic of migrating. The illustrations are charming and endearing, and I adored the story.

Without a doubt, I would give this.

Loved this. The story, the illustrations, and the execution are well-done. I was impressed by how the author handled caring for Mr. Perfect and not knowing what the problem was, but recognizing something was wrong. A cat cannot talk.

Iaboni takes the subject of moving and touches on unspoken fears. I loved the story, and the illustratiions are whimsical and heartwarming.

Absolutely I would gift this.

Cute and amazing story!
If your kid likes cats you should definitely read them this book or read together! This book had the cutest illustrations ever and also taught how to deal with being sad.

This is the second book of 3. I have not read the first book. I am pretty sure its as good as this book. Its a Children's love story. How much cuter can that be?? A cat in love with a moon?? How much cuter can that be?? I loved this book so much and the story was beyond cute!! I think you all would love the books well. Like I said, its a cute love.story. the illustrations in the book are very cute also. Loved it and would be a recommended read for parents to read to the children.

Creo que el elegir a un gato como protagonista ha sido todo un acierto, ya que la autora ha jugado con el carácter de este animal, pero también ha querido hacerle más cercano y menos huraño o por lo menos, hacer que sea entrañable.
A los niños/as les gustaría, ya que las ilustraciones son muy curiosas y este gato es muy expresivo, pero su compañera en la historia, no se queda atrás.
Leer este libro me ha recordado a mi infancia y algunas de las escenas a esas películas o series de mi niñez.
Tiene pocas páginas por lo que se lee en un suspiro, pero ya sabéis que me gusta detenerme a mirar los detalles o quedarme atontada intentando sacarle algún significado oculto a alguna frase o algún pensamiento.

Me ha gustado que la narración sea en tercera persona, ya que es como si una estrella, alguna nube o alguien cercano a Mr Perfect, te contase lo que está sucediendo.
Se nota que la autora e ilustradora saben al público al que va dirigido el libro y hacen, que los detalles importantes te entren por la vista (a nivel artístico) y a nivel narración.
Tanto las palabras como los dibujos están compensados, puesto que, en muchas historias, te fijas o en una cosa o en otra, pero en Mr Perfect, quería conocer la historia de este gato tan entrañable, como mirar las ilustraciones.
Ya sabéis que soy una niña encerrada en un cuerpo de adulta, pero cuando leo este tipo de libros que van destinados a un público más infantil, necesito que me transmita algo, necesito que me llame la atención, que me transmita algo y Mr Cat, lo hizo.
Los niños y niñas que lo lean harán preguntas respecto a la luna, los gatos...

It follows Mr. Perfect and discusses how he’s in love with the moon. But then he finds out that his family is moving and wonders what to do? This book describes love and sadness in a great way and the artwork is really cute as well. I recommend this one!
