Very interesting read.

A lot of interesting information and case studies. It is thought provoking and eye opening as well. A good recommendation for people who are interested in this topic. I do think I will re-read it one day!

Another inspiring and truly wonderful read. There are many portions of the book I could pick out and feature in my review but I think everyone will take something different from reading this. I think it is a very personal thing to read and pick out what suits you best. There are some very valuable things said throughout that I have highlighted and plan to use in my life.

An open and frank look at relationships and how we manage them and how we manage love. It is a fascinating look at aspects of relationships I’d never even considered. I was amazed at information I read about wavelengths of love and I was even more amazed to discover that we have to love ourselves. Until reading this book, I wouldn’t have had a clue how. It is truly an enlightening book. One everyone should read - whether part of a couple or single, because lo and behold - we singletons matter! Thank you for this book

The message of this book is good and one I agree with but I found the delivery meandering and repetitive at times. I do like the anecdotes when referring to real life situations but sometimes the explanations seemed unnecessarily wordy. I felt it could have been edited more sharply as I found myself drifting off at times,.

Enjoyable

This is a straight forward honest book looking at how both sides of partnerships can act in relationships and tips to help you feel better with issues and conflicts but also how to look at your history and see patterns in why you attract the types of relationships you do and how to super charge that attraction for future. This book is a good read for anyone single or snapped up.

A really practical interactive guide to help you think about your situation, and love. This isnt a book that you need to read from cover to cover as depending on the situation, different sections may apply. As a single person, I found the start better than the second half, but that could switch in the future.

This has some practical tips too- with the books advice, I took the attachment style quiz and could see how it links to my current circs.

Insightful and interesting.

I'm a fan of Vex King and enjoyed this - slow in a few places but overall a brilliant insightful read that really helps you come to grips with your feelings and emotions and how these impact your relationships on a day to day basis

I think Vex King talks a lot of sense. There's a lot of common sense - but there is a lot sense in his words and his writing.
However, I felt that this book talked a lot of waffle.
There wasn't a lot of new information in this book - there was a lot of case studies, but it was lacking any real deeper insight, or profound info on the topic like King's other books.

I didn't enjoy this book because I didn't get much from it. Disappointing.

The answer is clear - if you wish to have deeper and more meaningful connections in life, you must start withing. When tou are honest with yourself then you can build more sincere foundations with others.
Great book with lots of eye opening questions asked that I believe would help anyone who seeks a deeper connection in their life.
Even though most of the messages aren't new to me I still enjoyed reading Vex King take on this and I totally agree to every word he says!
