Interesting book on how to create a more mindful and spiritual lifestyle. A body, mind spirit book worth reading if you are wanting to create change and have a more well-balanced life and mentality. Great book for starting the new year off right. The book does read like more a list style self-help book, but I like that because it kept me organized and helped me realize my personal goal quicker.

This is a really interested book. It touches on some intriguing points, but it only just touches on the subjects. Its more of a list than an indepth look at anything in particular. I enjoyed it - but was left wanting more!
