Reina and her family have a great time on their trip to the zoo learning about, and looking at a great variety of beautiful animals, as well as having fun with a number of other activities. The colorful illustrations and the happy tone of the narration will be enjoyable to children and caretakers alike. Activities and a variety of animals make this a good supplemental text for an elementary school unit about animals for lower grades, and therefore a good buy for both school and public libraries.

A very cute book. My 3 year old loved the illustrations and rhymes and learning about the animals. I think it's a perfect short story for everyone!

I read this book with my five-year-old daughter and we really enjoyed it

The story was easy to follow and my daughter was able to read the book to me which she really enjoyed as it helps her get more involved

The illustrations for the book were nice and simple, they brought the story to life. I liked the layout of the book and that the book does engage the reader too which is a great touch

It is 4 stars from me for this one, highly recommended and a fun read!
