Odie is surrounded by physical abuse but when he is gifted a flashlight from a little boy he has the ability to change the outcome. I really enjoyed this book and although I put it off reading it for a while I now wish I wouldn’t have it really was a pleasure to read in a book I highly recommend. I love the oldie and thought that was such a smart move to let him see the abusers differently.
