The subtitle, “Overcome Procrastination” says it all. The Rubicon Method addresses a simple method of overcoming procrastination. The method may not be the answer to everyone, but I found the straightforward focus in this method to be helpful.
The book is short; only 60+ pages, but it outlines a daily method to establish habits discussed in the book.
Hart recommends reading/skimming his book each morning and before undertaking major tasks. I have been using it for about two weeks and, so far, have seen an improvement.
The only annoyance in rereading this daily, is some of the conversational tone and comments get a little tired after many rereads, but since it is a short book, it isn’t too distracting.

This is a practical, and relatable guide on how to stop procrastination that will change your life forever.
