Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC of this book. I have chosen to write this honest review voluntarily and it reflects my personal opinion.
I enjoyed the first book in this lovely series set in the area of the New Forest. This book brings back the main characters and introduces others while weaving a story that is as much about the animals as the humans. There are hilarious moments - customer Alice is completely unique! - as well as some sadness in addition to the underpinning romance. There are references to topical issues too, linked to the glorious countryside conjured up with descriptive passages. An all-round good read and I'm looking forward to the next!

Having enjoyed the first in this series, I was looking forward to more and I have not been disappointed. Phoebe gets her dream job of running Puddleduck Vets up and running and with it are plenty of light-hearted episodes with some adorable animals and quirky owners. Phoebe's family are still her rock, especially her grandmother, who is incorrigible but who always tries her best for the animals.

As the story develops, you also get to see some of the negative side of animal breeding as unscrupulous breeders take advantage of eager families. The need to be vigilant about the environment come right to Puddleduck Farm. Coming back to her childhood area has brought Phoebe back in touch with some old friends. You are certainly kept guessing as to who her heart belongs to. This is a lovely read with I am sure, plenty more milage to be had from the series.

In short: friends, family, animals and romance

Della Galton’s books are the literary equivalent of sunshine after a rainy day and she is back with another fabulous romantic page-turner that will delight and enchant readers everywhere: Rainbows Over Puddleduck Farm.

Vet Phoebe Dashwood is floating on cloud nine. All her dreams have come true as she has just opened her own small animal practice in the New Forest in her grandmother’s animal shelter, Puddleduck Farm. Phoebe has a job she loves, is living in a beautiful part of the country and has the help and support of her two best friends, Tori and Sam. Tori might be a hard-headed journalist, but she still believes that love will conquer all. Sam is Phoebe’s staunchest ally who is willing to do whatever he can in order to make his friend happy. Nothing is too much trouble for Sam and many is the time he’s put other people’s happiness before his own.

Phoebe was loving her life in the New Forest – until things started to go wrong. Finding herself having to contend with unscrupulous breeders and a poisoned stream – not to mention an inconvenient attraction – will challenge the vet like never before. But is Phoebe ready to fight for her own happiness? Is she willing to compromise on her hopes and dreams because of a few setbacks? Or is she about to find the joy and fulfillment she has always wanted in Puddleduck Farm?

A new novel by Della Galton never fails to put a smile on my face and this hugely talented writer has done it again with her latest, Rainbows Over Puddleduck Farm. Engaging, warm-hearted, witty and immensely enjoyable, this wonderful tale of romance, friendship and the ties that bind hits the spot and is a total delight from start to finish. Full of characters readers will adore and plenty of drama, emotion and heart to keep those pages turning, Rainbows Over Puddleduck Farm is another winner by Della Galton.

Phoebe opens her vet practice and one of her first customers is Rufus, the local landlord. There is a spark of attraction , but the path to a relationship has many hurdles.
This is a lovely mix of friendships, family, animals and relationships set in a lovely village. It's the 2nd book in what is turning out to be a wonderful series that I can't wait to catch up on

We return to Puddleduck Farm, and this time Phoebe is opening her own small animal veterinary clinic in the grounds of her grandmother's animal shelter. There are plenty of challenges along the way, including unscrupulous breeders and an unexpected love triangle.

This was such a cute and engaging story. Although this is the second in the series, it can certainly be read as a standalone.

This is the 2nd book in the series, however, you can quite easily read it as a standalone. I would recommend the first one as well though, it is excellent :)

Phoebe is starting her own vet practice and it is challenging, of course. Her grandmother Maggie is as stubbornly independent as ever, but Phoebe has her friend Sam nearby which is great because he gives her all the support she could ever need. Pity that Sam would like to be MORE than just her friend, isn't it?

A sweet story with the animals an important part of the plot line, which is important to me when I read a book like this.

4.5 stars from me. I would love to read the next book in the series!

Thank you to NetGalley and Boldwood Books.

Phoebe’s vet clinic finally launched. She is passionately committed vet and opening a vet clinic is something she dreams for and this clinic is a way to keep her grandmother Maggie busy. All her friends come to her clinic launch including Rufus, her grandmother’s landlord. There was instant spark between them but both of them have emotional baggage that makes it difficult to make the first move. Sam, on the hand, still around and yearning for Phoebe from afar despite that he knows that Phoebe doesn’t return his feeling and only want to be friend. So, Sam is trying his best to move on. Both Phoebe and Rufus also have to deal with illegal bunny breeder and pollution stream in their home.

The story is focus on PTSD which experienced by Rufus who lost his wife and the way he struggles to overcome his problem and animal cruelty. There is also love triangle between Phoebe, Rufus and Sam which I did not really fancy much. Love Phoebe’s character and the way she was surrounded by family and friends.Overall, it Is a heartwarming read to me

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook. I was able to find the audio version through my local library. I have heard the first book in this series and I was so happy to read part 2 I believe. Love all the characters, especially grandma, she is absolutely amazing. The novel is just great low key romantic drama novel.

A lovely return to Puddleduck Farm! Phoebe is opening her vet practice, dealing with a bad bunny breeder and looking out for romance (after much persuasion). I enjoyed getting to know these characters more, especially Rufus, and was great to see to relationships develop a little more.
With ups and downs, humour, mishaps and crime fighting drama.

I have loved this series! Phoebe’s adventures as a vet in the New Forest have kept me entertained as I couldn’t wait to see how her story unfolded. Della Galton provides lush imagery of a world far away from mine, intermingled with the uncertainty of relationships unfolding and a good dash of humour. I recommend this as an excellent weekend read.

This was an excellent story that was close to getting full marks. I just loved all the animals. Especially all the horses and showjumping action in this story. This led to a very exciting book. It was certainly very difficult to put this book down. I had to read it all in one sitting it was that good. It's a fantastic page-turning novel. The characters were great and really easy to love or hate at times. I love that this book contained so great controversy. I highly recommend this book if you love vet stories. This book was a great addition to a fantastic and extremely lovable series.

So much praise goes out to the author and publishers for creating such a fun and exciting story that certainly kept me entertained. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

The second in the series about Puddleduck Farm and it is another great read. The vets practice has been set up and running so it is based around this and the farm its self. Well worth 5 stars

Thanks to Netgalley and publisher for this ARC

I so excited to be back at Puddleduck Farm by Della Galton. I absolutely adored Coming Home to Puddleduck Farm and I’m so happy to say I loved this as much as the first, maybe even more. Della Galton with this book has definitely added herself to my list of go to authors for books that fill me with happiness and joy. Cella’s writing is so wonderful, I love her sense of family and community in her books and such a friendly homely vibe, if that makes any sense.

The characters she writes are just so well written, returning to this book feels like meeting up with an old friend and the supporting cast of characters as well, how great these are just confirmed these feeling for me. It’s full of wonderful humour, running jokes throughout the book are brilliant, but I love her tackling of serious issues like water pollution which is high up on most people’s concerns along with climate change, I love it when these are brought into books, it doesn’t make the book overly serious by any means but I like that it shows real people living real lives with the same issues.

I loved the romantic progress, the kinda love triangle (not saying more than this because you have to read for yourself to find out what happens, but I’m so looking forward to the next which I believe the author is currently writing. I love the drama, the tension and emotion, yet still being so warm and uplifting. If you can’t tell I thoroughly recommend this and it’s predecessor, because if you read them like me you’ll become a firm fan and eagerly want more.

Thanks to Della Galton, Boldwood Books and Rachel’s Random Resources for a free e-book in return for an honest and voluntary review, all opinions are my own and freely given.

I loved absolutely everything about this book from the gorgeous Cover to the Title to the heartwarming story within. As a dog and animal lover I rejoiced in this book as a majority of the story includes animals. Phoebe has just opened her own veterinarian practice and with a few sad moments but many more amusing and happy moments I could literally not put down this book. Returning to Puddleduck Farm felt like reconnecting with old friends. Phoebe's grandmother Maggie made me chuckle several times she is quite a character and a quick witted, strong minded person who I admire. The settings for the farm were easy to picture and the sense of community and friendship makes me want to move to Puddleduck Farm. I love the authors lighthearted writing style and the little bits of romance in the plot all makes for great reading. Now I am eagerly anticipating the next book in this fun series.

Rainbows is the second in the Puddleduck Farm series, it can read as a standalone but for a richer experience I would urge you to read 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 first.

I've read several intense books of late, so something light and fluffy made a much needed change.

I loved reconnecting with Phoebe, it was like catching up with an old friend and I found myself feeling proud of her for achieving her dream of opening her own veterinary surgery.

Along with the excitement of the new surgery, there's an unscrupulous bunny breeder, a poisoned stream AND a smidge of romance, all wrapped up in this gorgeous hug of a book.

Many thanks to Rachel's Random Resources for my tour spot.
