This story is pure delight to read! This is fast paced, sexually charged read, just the way I like it! This is filled with betrayal, intrigue, selfishness but oh so spicy! The type of book is a guilty pleasure of mine, one I keep returning back to time and time again! Very well written!

This book gave me a entire different meaning to SPICY Romance. From the third chapter my tummy was filled with butterflies.

LEXI - She's a brilliant girl with huge smile on her lips. This woman has a special power of making every man's eyes fall on her. But then she's focused on what she needs in her life. I adore her setting the best priority.

ASH - I don't even know how to describe him. If only I get to meet this character in my life I would immediately hug him and request him to never hurt Lexi, which I'm sure he would never do but still...
He's definitely a man who knows how to satisfy his Woman.

A fast burn Romance. You won't be disappointed after reading this book if only you prefer lots of Spicy moments.

Accidental Mistress is the second book in the Filthy Billionaires series by Evelyn Austin. I enjoyed The Mistress Contract and have looked forward to Ash and Lexi’s book. I wasn’t disappointed! I was captivated by the dangerous, mysterious, edgy Ash, and I fell for Lexi’s headstrong ways. What starts with miscommunication and lies transforms into an obsession that could destroy the couple.

These are fast-paced, sexy romances that I can’t put down! The point of view is the first person for Lexi only, and I would have liked more insight into Ash. However, this is the writing style of the author and I have gotten acclimated to it. I had some questions regarding Ash that weren’t discovered, but I must admit it added to his mystique. I loved the ending, yet I wished for more! I hope to see more of Ash and Lexi in Gwen’s book. Evelyn Austin has created an edgy, sexy, intriguing romance I couldn’t put down! I am on the edge of my seat for Gwen’s story!

This is the 2nd book of the Filthy Billionaires interconnected standalone series. Each book follows a different set of characters and can be read as a stand-alone but to get the most of the story it is suggested to read the books in order.

I could not put this book down. This was suspenseful and fast paced. Ash gives off ALL the possessive dominant vibes you could dream of 🥵 Lexi accidentally end’s up in Ash’s hotel bed after her friends engagement party. After one wild night Ash deemed Lexi his, and he’s going to make sure she knows it.

You spend the first half of the book knowing there’s something fishy going on behind the scenes but are still trying to figure out what… and Ash is obviously not telling Lexi the whole story. Lexi gives off a fairly innocent vibe in the beginning but it takes Ash no time at all to start drawing her darker desires out. This couple was explosive and intense. Ash has a mouth made for a dominant book boyfriend and he did not disappoint. If he wasn’t dirty talking he was being what you could probably consider sweet talking. 😏

This was my first book by this author and I didn’t realize when I started that it was an interconnected series, and while I wish I would have read book one first, I didn’t feel like I was missing anything major for this story. I will however be going back to read book one and with the epilogue/cliffy leading into Gwen’s book, you can bet I’ll be counting down the days till that one releases too!

Accidental Mistress, is way hotter and sexy than I can put into words. It left my cheeks bright pink more than once. If you are into kink, not too hard, then this book is a must read.

Lex and Ash’s story was such a wild ride !!! After Maddy and Evan, I was so curious about another book from this author that I needed to read this one. I expected something wild, spicy and incredibly intense … and the author delivered !!!!
Again we have bdsm, again with have a dynamic between two people figuring with one wanting power and the other wanted to relinquish it.
This time though … ASH HAD SUCH A WAY WITH WORDS !!! His freaking mouth could say the worst things with the best sounds!!!
And the nicknames ????? Loved them !!!!
A good possessive obsessive behaviour in a quite intense romance.
Once again I found myself completely hooked by the story and the spicy scenes ,albeit a lot, felt good distributed in the book. Don’t get me wrong, it very much was a very very very spicy book, pushing boundaries when the characters didn’t even know they wanted it. But it’s the second time, reading this series that I really enjoyed how the author put a bit of a mystery and action in the story.
And that epilogue ??? Absolutely loved it!!! I don’t know how she does it but she always leaves me with a terrible need to get to the next book in the series !!! Believe you’ll feel the same once you get to the last chapter !!!! I already can’t wait for the third book in this series to be out !!!

The characters have the most awesome chemistry, that really works.
The storyline is so good.

One accidental super steamy night in the sheets with a stranger turns into a passionate, dominant and very hot needy romance.

Lexi was just trying to woo her date, her on and off again man David however seems very uninterested and loves to disappear even in the middle of parties...leaving her alone to become prey to a dark, handsome, British stranger.
She thought the note to the hotel room was from David.
Was she in for the surprise of her life.
She's now in Ash's hands...and no matter how many times she tries to talk away or play it safe...she's craving him just as much as he's saying he wants her.
He wants her all too himself. A man who says he doesn't have time to make such commitments she is needing and planning. Things get complicated with grabby women, misunderstood overheard phone calls and being told to stay away from danger...not realising how close she actually is to it already.

It was hot. It was dramatic. It was intense. I loved it.
Reading the first book was enticing but the second one most definetely was my favourite and am happy I was introduced to the series. Lexi, if the man gets you enough to take to the most magical place on earth - excluding orgasm heaven - marry him! Ignore every other man and just bounce on him happily for the rest of your life! Ash, my man, loving the dominance. The man is suave and smooth as all hell. The guy is literally doing very little to persuade Lexi to stay with him and it is both wonderfully antagonising and delicious.
Cannot wait for what is next! Gwen's story is already getting wild!

I really enjoyed this read and could not put it down. There was an overarching air of mystery around the hero that kept me wanting to find out more and I could understand the magnetism that the heroine felt. His initial lines were just on the borderline of cheesy but the dirty talk definitely flowed from there on out. VERY spicy but not repetitive.

This was SO close to a 5 star read. A major factoring holding me back was an editing issue in which the main character notices a tattoo on the hero in Chapter 5 and then notices it again "having never noticed it before" in Chapter 14. The tattoo does have relevancy (without spoilers) so it stuck out to me. I did also feel like some things were left unsaid or unexplained about other characters in the hero's life by the end, although I loved the groveling period.

My Review: Accidental Mistress by Evelyn Austin is a fast-paced, sexually driven story about a mysterious club owner (who was an alpha dom) and a sexually naive graduate student (who unwittingly had a connection to a dangerous man).

About the Story: From their moment of contact, Lexi and Ash share an incredibly intense attraction. After a strange misunderstanding and a failed proposition, a night of passion sets the two ablaze. Neither could deny the other, even if they wanted to do so. Do they have what it takes to keep their fire burning beyond the bedroom?

About the Conflict: Poor communication, a cloak of intrigue, betrayal, manipulations, selfish pursuits, and more pepper this story from the beginning. As the book progresses, further details about what is really going on are revealed. Which truth should Lexi believe, and just how much should Ash confess?

About the Romance: The first look. The first conversation. The first touch. The first kiss. The first consummation. The first gift. The first confession. The first choice. Would it always lead to wanting more?

My Final Say: Accidental Mistress was a guilty pleasure read. It was explosive and emotionally charged. The underlying story was engaging and (dare I say) sweet. What I thought was happening was completely different than I had anticipated. Readers who enjoy stories about a dom-submissive relationship will get this one. Be forewarned that this book is a scorcher.
