We're Going to a Birthday Party is a delightful children's book with the fun element of lift the flap pages. Told in rhyming format, we follow all the little animals (who are just adorable) as they rush off to a birthday party. Children will easily join in with this rhyming story and delight in all the fun on each page. The rhyming flows beautifully and clearly, and the illustrations are just adorable. I reviewed an ebook version of this book and will be looking at getting the physical copy for my two year old grandbaby!

We really enjoyed this book, it was abit unusual for a lift the flap to be on an ebook for us. So it took my little boy some time to get use to not interacting in that sense. He really enjoyed the story and looking out for the things we needed to find.
The story was lovely and the colours of the illustrations were great to capture his imagination.

Loved this. Great little picture book and with the added excitement of lift the flaps make it really stand out. My daughter loved this too.
