This is a cute story about Danny who loves dinosaurs and going back in time and seeing them for real. Especially his favorite the Tyrannosaurus Rex. It is a short story and will hold the attention of younger children. The illustrations are vivid and engaging to keep them interested.

We were privileged to receive “Danny the Dino Explorer” from NetGalley and read this short, but fun, book perfect for our pre-Kindergarten grandchildren. They gave the story “two thumbs up” which, according to the 5 year old, equals 5 stars. So enjoy this story and hope that the sequel is a bit longer!

I read this to my third grader. He liked the pictures and the story. He only wishes it was longer.

Quick and fun read that had my little actively participating and excited. Illustrations are bright, basic, and attention grabbing, perfect for small children! I’ve already had him request multiple rereads and I see this quickly becoming a story time favorite.
