From Stuck to Unstoppable by Trisha Hunt offers helpful principles for moving forward in life, including becoming more self-aware, setting boundaries, creating momentum, and focusing on reflection instead of perfection. These and other principles are drawn from the author's lived experience--after the death of her husband in a car crash that left her a widow with young children, and in her role as a leader in the business world. While the book is primarily written for leaders in business, it's an engaging read and applicable to a much wider audience.
An interesting book and many good takeaways. I have written down the phrases and items that resonate for me. I particularly like the early emphasis on the fact that was can choose to be positive and hence become victors rather than victims of our own lives. The author herself invites the reader to either read everything or take a pick and mix attitude to the text. Overall, a good book for those who feel stuff in life and / or circumstance.
In "From Stuck to Unstoppable," Trish Hunt shares her personal journey of going from feeling stuck to becoming unstoppable. After the tragic death of her husband, she found herself in a state of being stuck. However, she made the decision to change her circumstances and drew upon the lessons taught by her single mother. With her resilience and determination, she went from working in a broom closet to leading a division of a S&P 500 company. Trish's book offers valuable life and leadership lessons about resilience, grit, and the strength of the human spirit. It provides a roadmap for creating change, even in the face of adversity, and is applicable to executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking a more purposeful life.

An interesting concept overall but I don’t think there’s anything said in here that other people haven’t thought about or haven’t been said before. It might be great for new readers of the genre /topics but brings nothing new to older readers Imo.
