I really enjoyed the style of this book, self help but funny stories. Some of the chapters were more to my taste than others but overall I enjoyed this book.

First of all what a title! I was sucked in right away. I love this kick butt self help guide which teaches you to have gratitude fir yourself and shoe up for yourself everyday! It was told in such a fun conversational tone and I highly enjoyed reading it! I felt I was talking with a friend. I think many other potential readers will find it useful as well.
