This book is part of a series. I haven't read the others but it was not necessary.

The author talks about the very tough challenges she has faced in her life and how her faith guided her through.

Each chapter describes what the author overcame and how we can do the same when faced with adversity.

There are prayers throughout the book which allows you to focus on that topic and pray about it.

A great addition to those quiet mornings.

I found this book quite inspirational in places, good bible verses and a nice insight into the life of Karen Brough
A good book to dip into.
