It's a great resource for beginner and advanced spellcasters. The introduction offers valuable insight on how to perform spells and protect yourself when doing so. The rest of the book is organized by the four elements. Each spell corresponds to one of the elements. This was a great way to structure the book for witches who use the elements, but a bit confusing if you want to find one specific spell and not know which element it'll fall under. Some of the spells will only apply to certain individuals, like fear of swimming or heights. Not every spell will apply to the owner, which is fine considering it's a book full of spells and you never know when you might need one. I'd recommend sharing spells with friends if you ever think they need one. Overall, this book combines the digital age with ancient spellcrafting techniques. Some spells only require a phone, while others ask for a cauldron, bell, feather, incense, tarot cards, and more materials. It would depend on entirely on what tools you prefer to use in your craft and what you have on hand. There is a good variety here, regardless of how much experience you have with spells. Obviously, I haven't done too many of the spells in this book, but the ones I have done seem to be of high quality.

Fascinating but definitely with a niche audience. For those with interest, this is accessible and easy to engage with. Again though, I’m not sure who I could recommend this to directly. It feels like the kind of book that finds its reader…not the other way round.

A Spell a Day by Tree Carr is a wonderful and suprisingly structured book for beginner but also advanced witches. I really enjoyed that you also get at first an introduction into witchcraft like a bit of history, guidelines and procedures. I think that's really important for especially beginner witches to have a bit of common knowledge before you start casting spells here and there.

Another amazing point is that the spells are actually coordinates by the elements and their matching zodiac signs. Which makes it also easier to navigate what energy the spells contain and what energy you might look for. For me it was kind of hard at the beginning to navigate with the elements, so this is absolutely easier for beginner witches to find your way into this.

I tried around a week of different spells from the elements to get a nice overview. There are a lot of spells for social media or getting a certain phone call you are waiting for. This aspect of witch practice for the modern times is really cool, because I haven't seen it before in a book to be honest. It is important to include such spells, because we live in modern times and also witchcraft evolves with technology.

This book is definitely thought through. There is a lot of knowledge that got curated and structured into a system that gives you an easy overview. I'm really impressed overall how amazing this spell book is and can't wait to try more spells for the next days.

While I obviously haven't done all of these spells yet, I'm obsessed with this book! The introduction is great, and there is a ton of information there - going over some history, procedures, and guidelines/etiquette for spell casting. I appreciate that it is not just a book of practices with no context or other information (like I've seen in other 365 day books). I also really enjoyed how the book is structured and that the spells are sorted by elements, and not just day 1 do this day 2 do that, etc. This book is thoughtful and well-crafted to really be a resource for anyone using it. I look forward to my next 365 days and I can't wait for the world to have this book!

I think this would be great for a younger person/teen who is just starting out on their journey. There are great details of the different elements of and basics for spell casting. As someone practicing for over 20 years, I felt like this is something I could share with someone new to their craft and looking for a great starting point.

This very doable program of life enhancement is awesome! The spells revolve around the year and the zodiac in a meaningful manner.Doing the daily workings is always optional so just having something that might inspire or help is stated as well as the needed ingredients . Basic ritual is covered as well as best times to approach the infinite. Very nicely illustrated and written well.

This is one of the better books of spells I have come across in a while! Perfect for beginners and experienced witches alike, A Spell a Day contains nearly any spell you could need. The spells are organised by the elements, which makes it easy to understand which element you could be calling on for each spell. It also includes workings for the sabbats, new moons, full moons, and solar returns of each Zodiac sign! With everything from activating your psychic abilities to protection and healing spells, I will definitely be noting many of the spells in this book down for my book of shadows. It should also be noted that the book does not contain any baneful workings, so if you are interested in that, this book will not be for you.
