This book is cute! as someone who isn't particularly close to my father, I wanted to buy a copy so that I could jot down everything I admired about him.

Thank you to #Netgalley and the publisher for an arc of this book. It was a cute scrapbook and a keepsake for a child to write down all the ways they love their dad. Lots of prompts and vivid pictures.

I like the idea of this book. It offers kids a chance to make something special for their dad(s). The prompts will help to get them going and at the end there will be a keepsake that I think fathers will treasure.

For example, on the first page, a child can fill in the blanks for their favorite thing about their dad and why they are giving him this book. They can then draw a picture of their dad and them. There are quizzes, fill in the blanks and lots of space to write.

I recommend that you get this one in time for father’s day! I think that dads will be touched.

This is more of an activity book than any picture book for children to read. But to be honest, it was planned well for KG stodents to fill-in their Father's likings and to know them better while filling it. Their ability to sketch also improvised and it will always remain in their memories of their childhood for what they have done to know and let world know about their father. By this way not only they just feel proud but always remember that their Father is the best ever in the world. Such feeling must be instilled in children in their early age, because such small thing makes place in their heart and came out right when their parents need them most. Afterall, we are all nothing but reflection of the feelings we keep for self and others.

I am SO IN LOVE WITH THIS BOOK. I am going to pre-order a copy because it's released RIGHT before my husband's birthday (and Father's Day) and I swear this man is going to CRY REAL TEARS if he receives this book filled in with answers from our son. What a beautiful and creative idea. I love the incorporation of "dad facts" throughout, too. Awesome!

Wonderful! Would make a fun and very thoughtful Father's Day or birthday gift. All great dad's should be gifted a book like this sometime in their lifetime, young or old 💙

There are lots of books and talks about mom's and their children so this scrapbook-like book is a refreshing find. It would make an excellent Father's Day gift as it is like a consensual promise between a dad and a child for spending greater quality and quantity time together. There are activities, quizzes, drawings to be drawn, and more that the dad, together with his child, can potentially create good relationship memories at a key time in a child's life. This book is an opportunity to provide good, clean, appropriate fun to be had. In my opinion, neither a father nor his child would be disappointed if they made such an investment in this book and if they both make good effort to engage in the activites in benevolent manner.

The World's Best Dad: A fill-in scrapbook from me, to you, for us
... is very much like a newborn book that you would give to a new mom. Mostly blank with lots of room for personal mementos, drawings and memories. This would be the perfect book for a child to work on as a present for a Dad for Father's Day. But (in my opinion) a mom or nanny or babysitter would need to spend some time getting the child to complete a page a day for a month or so. I'm not sure that most kids would be dedicated enough to complete the book (I know that I wouldn't have been).

I do like the concept. I don't think it would take much time on the part of the mom/nanny, just a little daily motivation. It would be a perfect way to have the child at the table while the mom prepares dinner (and then the dad walks in the door at 6pm) for dinner together as a family. Because every family is just like the Cleavers (of Leave it to Beaver fame) ... right?

This is such a cute idea. Thank you Quarto Publishing for the ARC copy of this journal. All thoughts are my own. I thought it would be fun to see this journal now and then think about it for future fathers day gift. I was blown away by how cute it was. The author/creator did such a good job with the design. Also there are so many fun activities for children to learn about their dad. I will say this would probably be a good activity for a child that was a bit older. However, I could see how it could be fun to divide the pages up between siblings as well to give this book as a join fathers day gift.

I absolutely loved this beautiful book and knew I wanted to acquire it for our location right away. I recently lost my dad quite unexpectedly and I wish this was something I could have had for him to fill out for me.
