Mark Naea is praised for his ability to facilitate profound and permanent change in individuals by guiding them to a deeper understanding of themselves through self-reflective questions. In his book he captures real life moments of transformation and self-discovery, showcasing the phenomenal awareness of detail and storytelling.

The problem with this book is the ego. That this person thinks they are the first to ever speak of these realisations. The know-it-all tone. All the pats on the back they give themselves for having enlightened people.

If you really have all the answers then you'd know you don't need to tell people you have all the answers.
