I can see why the Homeschool Community adores Julia Rothman's Nature Anatomy Activity Books.
I have been desperate to look inside one of these books for years. As a homeschooling mum in New Zealand I was unable to find one 'in the wild' and so when the opportunity came up to look inside this book I jumped on it.
I know now I should have bought all previous copies earlier because this book is fantastic.
Whether you are home educating or just want to extend your Childs learning at home, this book- or possibly any in the series- would be perfect.
The detailed pages were interesting and educational but most importantly, fun.
The games and activities are ones by 8year old is desperate to try out. I feel this book would easily be adaptable for children aged 6-12years.
The illustrations are simple but sweet and the activities are engaging. Honestly this is one of the better activity books I've come across.
I was gifted a digital copy of Julia Rothman's Nature Anatomy Activity Book in exchange for a fair and honest review. This is a book that I now plan on purchasing, along with the rest of her series.

This is a great nature activity book with a variety of activities for kids. They’ll learn all kinds of nature topics like how different beaks help birds and the types of clouds. There are word searches, crosswords, mazes, finish the patterns and more. Some were more engaging to me than others. The art is wonderful and the book is in color. It’s a little shorter than I expected but I suppose I’m used to her reference books. All in all a fun resource that will teach a lot.
I read a temporary digital copy of this book via NetGalley.

A really great activity book, inspiring children and parents to get outside into nature to experiment, get creative and play!
Jam-packed with lots of different activities and ideas of things to do in the park, the woods or even just your back garden!
The perfect book for little nature lovers, and the perfect book for Easter half term!

We love Julia Rothman’s Nature Anatomy book and this is the perfect accessory for it! As a homeschooling mom of 18 years, we love this series and the activities in this book are great for younger kids to enjoy the book hands on. We highly recommend this series and this activity book. Lots to learn and fun!
Thanks NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for our honest opinions.

This activity book is perfect. It has a wonderful variety of activities that can be done within the book (puzzles, fill in the blanks, coloring, etc) as well as outside of the book (make fossils, look for constellations, paper folding, etc). This book is a perfect complement to the rest of the series.

Julia Rothman's books can't be praised enough. I recently gave feedback on the Wildlife Anatomy volume, that I found very rich and informative, illustrated with simple but beautiful drawings of the author. This book has a similar idea and stile but is interactive; to the information adds little exercises, tasks, simple puzzles. All this is very useful for children as they can learn about animals, their habitat and much more, while playing. Last but not least the book stimulates observation of nature and love for the creatures. Highly recommended.

Julia Rothman always scores with her “Anatomy” series and this workbook is no exception. Every illustration is beautifully drawn, the activities charmingly arranged. It is an engaging workbook and my children loved it!
Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for an e-version of this book. Opinions are my own.

I’m so excited to grab a copy of this!! Looking through it I can already see the difference homeschool lessons that you can create uses this book and the other books by Julia Rothman. We love the other anatomy books and this one fits in perfectly. Everyone need to grab one!!!

I love Julia Rothman’s books, so I was excited to see what was in this book. It has cute activities to help children learn nature. The activities are ones children will think of as “fun”, they aren’t strictly workbook/school exercises. I would definitely buy this for my upper elementary child.
