I felt that this book was a little bit gothicy with the musings from the character. I think also that that there was alot going on for the character and the things that she was dealing with. But I felt that she was really hard to engage with and connect with. So she wasn't really drawing me into the story. Which was a shame.
Another great book in the series, I couldn’t put it down, amazing from the very off, can’t wait for the next one
Heart pounding thriller that left me on the edge of my seat. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one. Definitely one of the best books this year.
I did not like Tess the main character, and I feel a bit bad about that.
She's thoroughly alone, desperate for answers to her sisters death, and basically living in her sisters shadow.
She's just not likeable though... but she is interesting
The book is broken up into Tess, diary entries, and slightly sinister anonymous musings.
It works well.
No big surprises for me along the way, but an enjoyable story with decent pacing.
