Thank you to #Netgalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of, "An Alphabet in Space." I LOVED the illustrations and the fun simple abc language. A MUST resource for PreK teachers!
My daughter loved this book. She's finally gotten her ABCs down and has been really into space lately so this was a hit. She's asked for it a few times now so she can try to "read" it to herself. Very cute and a fun intro to the cosmos.
An Alphabet in Space was a cute and fun read!
I had so much fun reading this book and can’t wait to read this book to my classroom soon!
I highly recommend this book to anyone with kids or who is an educator.
I love science, and now my grandson does too! This is such a cute book to teach little ones the alphabet and also about science! The illustrations are really great as well. I would highly recommend this book for your little ones!
An adventurous alphabetical run into the new frontier space. It was packed with interesting and exciting facts to amuse and teach your kids. This little book guarantees your child will enjoy their alphabet journey with the stars. It was a quirky, educative, and fun read.
I thought that this was a lovely book and the illustrations were perfect!
The book was well written and easy to follow and my five year old daughter loved it.
She does know her ABCs but she is space mad and this book was right up her street
This was a book that we both really enjoyed and she read it to me with only a few hints
It is 5 stars from me for this one – very highly recommended!
Lovely book. I really liked how each letter had a description of what it was too. A great factual book made more fun. It would suit any age of child really starting very young and I imagine being a favourite into school age too.
I loved this book! It was incredibly cute and well-written. The illustrations are gorgeous. Astronomy concepts were introduced in a manner friendly to the littlest readers. I recommended this book to our children's purchaser after completing it.
My family loved An Alphabet in Space! I read it to my 3 and 5 year olds who both love all things outer space. My 5 year old is in Kindergarten and has learned his ABCs so he especially liked that aspect and being able to say what letter was next. We enjoyed the rhyming lines and interesting facts. The illustration was colorful and beautiful. This would be the perfect book for early readers and for the classroom. Easily a 5 star children's book.
Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for allowing me access to an eARC in exchange for my honest review.
Each letter is framed as a rhyming riddle. The answers are on the same page as the riddle,so if used for a guessing game it would be a read and reveal with another person. (My 7 year old loves guessing games, so this one was a blast for her.) So much fun!
A cute book with good graphics. The book was a bit advanced for my two-year-old but he enjoyed the pictures. We talked about all the letters and I know he will grow into learning all the other fun space facts in this book as he grows.
An Alphabet in Space is an adorable book for any young child learning about their ABCs! I was super impressed that the author came up with something for every letter! This book is so cute and creative and I would definitely purchase for my young children to aid in their education and learning!
Thank you to the publisher and to Netgalley for an eARC of this picture book! "An Alphabet in Space" is an alphabet book with an outer-space theme. It has engaging rhymes that define words, and colorful, illustrative pictures that will hold kids' attention. For these reasons I would love to use it for my library's storytime (I am a librarian). Kids who are already interested in outer space will love it and will probably even learn a few new terms- the book has a few unusual ones such as pulsar, quasar, and dark matter. Again, I especially like the rhymes interspersed that define these harder words.
This is a super cute read for space interested kids. The illustrations are beautiful and the light rhymes make it an entertaining read.
My little space lover enjoyed it with me.

I tried to view this book on the NetGalley app and it wouldn't work. I sent it to my kindle for a few extra steps and was able to read it. Hopefully this is just an ARC issue and will be fixed before publication!
Thank you to the author, the publisher, and NetGalley for access to this advanced digital copy in exchange for my honest review!
I love ABC books with kids because it is a great way to get them interested in a variety of topics. This is a super fun book if you want to introduce space and the solar system into your classroom.
I received an ARC of this children's book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
This book is adorable. The pictures are really cute and the text is amazing!
Thanks to Clarence-Henry Books and NetGalley for the advanced copy. This book was written and illustrated by R.M. Smith. And it was lovely. Little kids will like this. I doubt they will understand too much, but it covers a wide array of topics, such as constellations, planets, and telescopes. Lots to show little kids but they probably won’t understand until school. Regardless, it’s good. Pretty equivalent to some of the space board books that you will find in the bookstore. But it does address the telescopes and constellations, which I haven’t seen in the board books yet. It’s a good one to have. I recommend it.
This was such a cute alphabet book, and great for space lovers! I think it would inspire curiosity in older readers, and be a fun book for younger readers. I think it would make a great addition to the library of any space lover.
My little boy loves space, so this book was absolutely awesome for him! This is a Very cute book. I would recommend to all my friends with small children for sure.
