This novel was a little too disturbing for my taste and I ultimately had a hard time getting through it. This was my first book by Gregg Dunnett and I'm not entirely sure I'll be checking out the rest.

Layla was murdered and the killer still hasn’t been found. Gayle, her brother, is the only one that can help to solve her murder. However no one will believe him.
I loved the approach of how they took on this book and discovering the murderer.
Thank you #NetGalley for the advance copy

Haunting book - very well told story - I would recommend this book!
A haunting and heartbreaking story, I absolutely loved every second of this book. It was intense, creepy, suspenseful, emotional.. 5 HUGE stars!!
I loved this book so much, even if the subject matter was very sad. The plot was well put together and kept me engaged from start to finish. The ending was also a huge shock, but an absolutely brilliant one. I’m excited to see what the author writes next.
Fantastic read. Kept me gripped from start to end. Tension in all the right places. Highly recommended
This is one haunting story that will stay in my mind for a long time. It's creepily realistic plot is scary. A young boy knows who murdered his sister.
When they said an ending you will not be expecting, they were so right. I *knew* how it would turn out, desoite changing my mind several times, but *still* got it wrong. A great read.
A missing child, a devasted family awaiting closure. The plot is promising, The book did not disappoint. The writing kept the reader engaged. Little Ghosts was a good read. The pace, the characters, the storyline all worked well to deliver an interesting read.
Thank you to Netgalley & the publisher for providing me with an ARC of Little Ghosts by Gregg Dunnett in exchange for my honest review & opinion.
There were lots of moments in this book that I truly loved & thought were really well executed but I think there were also just as many moments that I wasn't totally sold on. Not for any real reason in particular, but just maybe a bit unnecessary to the overall story. I also found the story to be way too long & a bit repetitive. With that being said, I thought the plot was excellent & it kept my interest into the fact of who is the villain? And what did truly happen to Layla?
This is the first Gregg Dunnett book I've ever read & I'm looking forward to seeing what else is in his catalog.
Honestly was a good read. It wasn’t my favorite but I also didn’t dislike it. I gave it a 3.5 not to put the author down because it was a great write. I don’t think my head was in the right space at the time of completing. Everyone go out and get this book, you won’t be disappointed

"Little Ghosts" by Gregg Dunnett is a suspenseful and skillfully crafted thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Dunnett weaves an intricate tale of dark secrets and twisted relationships, set against the haunting backdrop of an old mansion. The characters are deeply flawed, making them all the more engaging, and the narrative twists and turns with every chapter. The author's ability to build tension is commendable, and the plot's unexpected surprises will leave you guessing until the final page. "Little Ghosts" is a compelling and haunting story, showcasing Dunnett's talent for creating a gripping and atmospheric thriller that lingers in the mind long after the last page is turned.
God where to start with this book? It was emotional it was gripping and it was thrilling, it combined the awfulness of a daughter dying with how the family cope with that as well as a creepy paranormal twist through the dead child and the living child communicating with each other. It was heart wrenching in places but also thrilling it was so good I would highly recommend - it’s also on kindle unlimited folks!
