Having previously read Can’t Stand Up for Falling Down by Allan Jones I as excited to read his new release. I bloody love music and unfortunately didn’t really ever get the chance to properly work as a music journalist. I feel that through Allan Jones’ stories I got a glimpse of what could have been, a peek behind the curtain…which usually makes people reassess their choices but only made me remorseful I never followed it through.
Too Late to Stop Now is a fantastic collection of truly fascinating stories about the world of music. This is a must for any fan of music.
Too Late to Stop Now by Allan Jones is available now.
I used to read MM and NME in the 80s. It was hard but it helped me to improve my English and was exciting as it talked about any type of music.
This book brought me back in time but it was also exciting and a bit nostalgic.
Highly recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher for this ARC, all opinions are mine
My thanks to NetGalley and Bloomsbury Publishing PLC for a copy of “ Too Late To Stop Now “ for an honest review.
This was an entertaining , and eye opening book from an insider to the music industry.
I must admit some of the names were unknown to me but I found the stories interesting regardless.
