Raisa is a strong woman who operates a sheep farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Jase spent seven years in prison for a murder he did not commit and returns home to start over.

This is a story of redemption and growth. The characters were likable and well developed, and the plot kept me reading. There are a lot of Bible excerpts woven into the book.
