Sarah's war-time adventures continue. Sarah Gillespie works for MI5. It's towards the end of WW2 and she has a suspicious double agent look after, not to mention Monty's double! Her romance is in floundering and she feels as though her life is falling apart. Another great read from Pam Lecky.

Another thrilling novel from an exceptional storyteller. Disappointed it ended but hoping for the next instalment soon. This book follows the story of Sarah Gillespie and her exploits working for the Secret Service during WW2. Following the twists and turns and edge of the seat impact this story has, entwined with personal tragedies and the love lives of Sarah and her friends and family. Brilliant! Thank you for allowing me to review early.

This is the second time I have met Sarah .this time we are further into the Second World War. Sarah is a young Irish MI5 operative who is amazingly good at her job. This time she has to see if Adeline is a reliable double agent or not. This is an exciting and fast moving story that brings Tony an American agent back into her life. they both trust each other to solve the mystery Adeline has presented to them?
This is an amazing read and a romance that is beautifully told with the backdrop of the big push to end the war looming.

An amazing spy and romantic thriller based on the real spies that Ian Fleming’s office ran. I know most of Pam Lecky’s series only go for three installments, but I hope we get to continue with Sarah’s adventures until the war ends.

A light, entertaining novel! The plot was not as compelling as in the first two books because I often doubted the credibility of the way Adeline was recruited as a spy. What was clear is the fact that her reliability was not confirmed. However I found a bit strange how they did recruit her, how they left her live on her own (did she send messages to the enemy ?). The storyline is light with quite a bit of emphasis on romance and remains entertaining.
I received a complimentary ARC of this novel from NetGalley and I am leaving voluntarily an honest review.
