I liked this book at first, but as I read on I found that I was skim reading because it wasn't telling me anything that I hadn't heard before elsewhere. not a bad book, just not a great one.

I am always on a quest to understand the spiritual side, combining science with spirituality. This book is not a quick read; you have to pay attention as you're reading, and some items I read more than once. That said, Dr. Broach did a very good job with this topic.

This was a bit confusing for me and I found myself having to stop and reread pages to get a feeling of what was being discussed. Broach does a decent job though of covering this topic. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC for the purpose of this review. Three stars.
