I think this book would be a useful aid when talking to children about feelings.
Lovely illustrations, easy to read and much needed subject matter

A kind-of sequel to "… Feeling Today?", this gives us a double-page spread and some thumbnail illustrations and points on each about how to approach the different state of mind each time. We start with giggling, and so we are enhancing it, sharing it, or quashing it, as needed, before feeling anxious, confused, disappointed and so on. Colourful, succinct, and in a happy place between not saying much and not saying so little you still definitely need an adult anyway, this guide to feelings and more importantly the sorting of them is going to be a useful reference. The fact it seems to think we need do as many things about pride or bravery as about frustration or loneliness is a bit odd, mind.
