Sexiest book yet 🔥

Single mom romance, curvy heroine, mafia light with some suspense. Hero with a soft spot for heroine daughter and very swoon-worthy. Steamiest of her books to date - Enzo and Maria go from 0 to 60.

It may be the first in the Costa family series, but I'd recommend Until You Can't first, where we first meet Enzo and Maria.

Lots of crossovers with other series.

Audio - Connor Crais's narration was chef's kiss (haha) 5 stars, Ava Lucas 3 stars. I wouldn't not listen because of her performance - it was fine. I don't care for her accents, but I was really hoping for a different female narrator for a new series. oh well.

This is the last book I am reviewing for ARC's and I couldn't have been happier than to end it with Britney's book.

Enzo and Maria have the most spiciest, suspenseful, plot twisted story. This second chance, single parent romance was just what I wanted for Enzo and Maria.

Maria had a crush on family friend Enzo and wanted him to be her first. Enzo felt he was too broken and not good enough for her. Enzo kissed her and walked away. Years later, Maria is now a newly divorced single mother to her baby girl. She oversees the catering business associated with her sister Natalia’s restaurant, where Enzo is the head chef. *Ahem...cue the sexual tension*

“𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐈 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞.”

Enzo has a dark past and because of it he had to let Maria go years ago. Now that they've reunited, he must grapple with his mistakes and regrets in order to take advantage of this opportunity with Maria.

I love growly grey protectors and Britney writes some of the best.

Although this can be read as a complete standalone, I would read it after Until You Can't. There is backstory and build up that helps to better understand how Maria and Enzo are around each other.

First introduced in “Let Me Love You” , Maria and Enzo sizzle as a couple. Of course, HEA doesn’t come easily. Their families both come from Italy and Enzo and his brothers promised to protect Maria and her sister. Enzo’s feelings for Maria were never platonic but that promise and a family tragedy separate them. Maria marries and has a daughter but when her marriage ends, Enzo steps up to watch over them even though he doesn’t believe himself worthy of them. When Enzo’s past puts “his girls” at risk, he has no choice but to keep Maria close. Despite his misgivings, Maria knows who she wants and won’t let him ignore their red hot chemistry. As enemies close in and shocking truths are revealed, Maria is there to support him. Great second chance romance with lots of heat, heart and action. The Costa brothers are strong secondary characters primed to get their own books. Plus the guys from Falcon Falls make a guest appearance.

A couple of weeks ago I stated on Brittney Sahins ARC fb page that I went to start Let Me Love You. I got half through chapter 1 and thought nope, normally reread the last couple of chapters from the prior book, which was Until You Can't. Well let's just say I had to reread that book from the beginning again cause it was that good.

Enzo and Maria were off the charts hot from the first time they me. The story was out of this world. The age gap and years apart did nothing to cool those flames. He reminds me of my paesano in South Philly so protective and overbearing to the ones they care about. They both balance each other out with the good/evil or bad/innocents.

Can't wait to see more of Enzo and Maria in his brother's book. Maybe we'll see a bambino or bambina for these two love birds.

I received a free copy of this book via netgalley and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Maria has always had feelings for Enzo but when he rejected her attempt to show them how good they could be together she had no choice but to move forward with her life. Years later a failed marriage in her past and a single mother to her daughter Chiara she and Enzo are back in each other lives but will the escalating danger bring them together or tear them apart?

Enzo still bears the emotional scars of the past and is determined to protect Maria from everyone and everything and that includes himself. He is determined to not give in to the feelings he has for her but finding out she is in danger changes everything.

Maria knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to go after it while Enzo has a difficult past that adds some turmoil. Intrigue and romance combine as Maria and Enzo overcome obstacles and finally find their way to each other.

Another Booksta recommendation landed in my lap, Brittney Sahin, a new author to me, delivered a slow-burn romance that will have you entrapped in your bedsheets late at night, your eyes glued to the pages, hoping to unveil the mystery before bedtime.

Six years ago, Maria Romano's birthday wish came true when she received a kiss from her dreamy bodyguard, Enzo Costa, who seemed as mysterious as the characters in her treasured books. Fast forward to the present, Maria, now a divorced single mom, finds herself face to face with Enzo again. He's embarked on a new career path as a chef at her sister's restaurant.

As Maria attempts to unravel the mystery that is Enzo, she's puzzled by his reluctance to give in to the undeniable attraction between them. Meanwhile, Enzo grapples with a past filled with regrets and the weight of the secrets his mafia family carries. He believes he's unworthy of Maria, but resisting his feelings becomes increasingly challenging.

“Remind me of who I am from time to time”, I squeezed her hand. “The man you see. The one you think I am, at least.”

I'm glad I took a chance on this book, even though I usually shy away from suspenseful romance. Watching the tension between Enzo and Maria build was captivating. As the suspense reached its peak in the latter part of the book, they confronted unexpected twists and their own intense emotions and undeniable chemistry — and without any third act breakup drama.

If you are looking for a sizzling mafia style romance with non-stop action, then look no further. Maria Romano has long been fascinated with Lorenzo “Enzo” Costa, but he has made it clear that he is not for her. There’s an element of danger with Enzo as there is with his brothers Constantine and Alessandro, especially after their sister, Bianca was murdered. Enzo’s younger sister, Isabella, is still not over her older sister’s death. When Maria realizes that there is no future with Enzo, she marries, gives birth to baby Chiara and is soon divorced. As Enzo re-enters her life, Maria is determined to pursue him and he soon realizes that he can no longer tell her no. When the family learns that Bianca’s killer was a set-up, they will not rest until they find the one who killed her. They know that this will be dangerous, but with help from their many contacts will they be able to find the killer while keeping the family safe? Brittney is one of my favorite authors, so it's easy to say I instantly loved this book. It completely pulled me in and kept me engaged and wanting more. Im so excited to see her with one of my favorite publishers now and can't wait for more

This book was so good. The emotions that bled through the book, I felt them. I felt the MCs pain, longing, love, grief, all of it. Enzo was stuck in the past and the only way forward was to let go of it and prepare for the future. Maria was his anchor, she kept him sane in a way, showed him that she would always be there for him, no matter what. I loved Maria, she was a strong woman, who never gave up on the person she loved, no matter how much time passed. Their love was so strong and would always be there. It took them some time to finally reach a point where they were together but they did and they never let go of each other after that

Six years ago Maria got her birthday wish...a kiss from Enzo Costa, a man to rival any of her favorite book boyfriends. But a morally grey hero is different in fiction than real life and Enzo tells her he's no good for her. He's haunted by his past and unwilling to bring her into his darkness. Now she's finally divorced from the man she never should have married and single mother to an eighteen month old daughter. Enzo conveniently helped her find an apartment right next to his own and has been protecting her but still determined to keep her at a distance from him. Until his past catches up to him and puts them both in danger and she won't let him push her away any longer.
This author has a way of writing these damaged heroes that makes you want to heal their pain. I loved Enzo in her last book and was hoping he got his own story so I was so excited to get a chance to read this one. Just like with her Falcon Falls security series, there's plenty of action and suspense in this story with cameo appearances of some of my favorite previous characters. And of course she knows how to spice things up as well!! Now I'm going for a continuation of this new security team with Enzo's brothers.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Delightful chemistry and steamy banter

Enzo was the steaming hot, sisters best friend in Until You Can’t, and he sparked major interest with his elusive mentioning of his past. Fast forward to this book, and wow, he is every dreamy bad boy, book boyfriend, gotta love him guy despite his perceived flaws. He stole my heart right from the first interaction with Maria’s daughter, Chiara. Maria and Enzo are a perfect mix of bad boy, good girl, and who is going to bring the other to their knees first? As always, bringing the touch of beloved characters from her other books gives you that heart warming goodness you’ve grown to love and crave with each new book!

The Queen does it once again and doesn’t disappoint EVER with her ability to write a story that consumes you and has you holding your breath till the end for the outcome.
Lorenzo aka Enzo, who has been in love with Maria for many years stays away as he believes he is not worthy and doesn’t want to taint her. He has his demons and ever since his twin sister’s death, they consume him. Maria has always wanted Enzo but settled for a marriage with a man she was not in love with but it did give her a daughter, Chiara, who is her world. Danger lurks around the corner that involves Enzo and his past and Maria gets tangled up in it, leaving Enzo to go all protective. With the past and present colliding they will need to trust each other and hold on for the ride.
Enzo…sigh…a man who is worthy of everything but does not believe it needs Maria, a strong woman to help him come to terms with the past so they can have a future. Add in suspense, action, steam, amazing characters, including ones from other series from the Queen AND add in the spot on descriptions and the flow of the story….the Queen does it again.
*I voluntarily read an advanced copy and expressed my honest opinion*

Oh Enzo....I knew your story was going to be amazing and I wasnt wrong!!
After meeting him in Until You Can't, I had hoped that we would get a book on him and I was so happy we did. The way Brittney told his and Maria's love was outstanding. Add in some suspense, an absolute doll in Chiara and some great secondary characters...some of which was a surprise..and you have one heck of a book. Highly reccomend this!

WOW WOW WOW!!! Do you love super spicy? Mafia? Heartache? Pure joy? NO 3rd ACT BREAKUP? HEA? Let Me Love You is your book! I was hooked from the prologue! Spice right at the beginning? YES PLEASE!! I absolutely fell in love with the MMC Enzo. He is a dark and intimidating badass who can also cook! The FMC, Maria, has wanted this man her whole life and honestly I can see why! I love how Brittney Sahin kind of wrote a book script within the book and made the FMC a book lover. So much happened in the book and I'm worried that I'll give too away. Just read it for yourself!

I need a second book ASAP because I know Hudson and Izzy need their own love story.

Thank you to NetGalley, Brittney Shain and Montlake for the opportunity to read Let Me Love You.

Brittney is one author that will always give you a stunning emotional read but whose characters always have back stories and are usually damaged in some way and that is true of this latest addition to her repertoire.

Enzo and Maria connected ears earlier when she got the kiss she always dreamed of from him, but they weren't meant to be and went their separate ways now years later they have reconnected she is a divorced single mum and he is the head chef at her sisters restaurant the connection between them is still strong but Enzo knows his hands are to dirty to ever touch Maria. When her connection to him places her in danger he will revert to what he was to keep her safe will that finally scare her away or will it be the start of something beautiful. You will have to read to see and I am sure you will be drawn into this beautiful read

My first book by this author and I really enjoyed it. The story line had been built in beautifully way, it's mafia romance but author also treats very sensitive topics with respect and so much love. This book was addictive from the first pages and I couldn't put it down.

Author created amazing romance - the push and pull is everything, the long road this couple did take explain why their romance needed to be created like that. I enjoyed every single twist and turn - Let me love You is definitely must read title, highly recommending this book.

Brittney delivers a sizzling romantic suspense with “Let Me Love You.” I’m so happy Enzo and Maria found their happily ever after. The slow burn aspect of their relationship captivated me from start to finish. Enzo conquered his personal demons in order to have a life with Maria and her daughter. As always it is action packed and I cannot wait to see what else Brittney has in store for the Costa clan.

Enzo and Maria are two people that were meant to be.
When this story opens, we get the moment that shows that these are two people that are supposed to be together, but life and thoughts keeps hem apart. Six years later, Maria is a single mom after her jerk of an ex cheated on her, and Enzo is still keeping her at arms length. Maria is done with this thought, either he moves towards her or she is letting him go. And she makes the moves to do that. Enzo however, wants nothing to do with that choices and doesn’t hold back with his feelings.

I enjoyed the way in which their relationship moved forward. The devotion he showed to Chiara, Maria’s little girl was exactly what I want. However, Enzo’s character arc was a little bit all over the place. Is he good… Is he bad… What is his history? He has a mixed bag of a backstory, and you understand it. But the lines blur as to the direction on which Sahin wanted to take this book. Is it just a protector, is it dark, is it mafia? There was a mix of all and it didn’t seem like she was 100% sure which direction she wanted to take Enzo until the very end. That being said. I did enjoy the story itself, but I think that if you haven’t read previous books of her’s, there are small intricacies in the story and some of the characters that you don’t understand.

This story was very heavy on the character driven moments, and the complexities of their personalities.
But at the same time, there was a lack of connection with some of the qualities/descriptions of the main characters. Again… this didn’t bother me because I had read the previous stories and you get a glimpse into how the characters work. But also, you are left wanting more detail when it comes to the suspense element of the story. Don’t let these ideals discourage you though, because it is a compelling story that pulls you in.

Oh wow. I absolutely adored this book. The characters are brilliantly written, the background is heartbreaking but the whole concept captures your heart and holds on. It’s one of those books that you won’t put down once you start. It’s a must read series for me.

Let Me Love You has everything that I have come to expect from Ms. Sahin’s books. It is the perfect combination of romance, suspense and intrigue and non stop action that keep the pages turning.
Enzo is a complicated character that I found endearing as he fought for years against what he really wanted when it came to Maria. He just didn’t think he could love her the way she deserved. Destiny, however, had different plans and put these two back in each others lives after years of being apart in order for them to find that love and passion that was always simmering under the surface.
Maria is now a single mom after her divorce and knows that it is Enzo that she wants. He may not think he can be what she deserves but she is bound and determined to show him otherwise.
This story was action packed with a few twists and turns that kept it interesting and Enzo and his brothers definitely had their hands full keeping the members of their family safe and were determined to take down the real killer of their sister once the secret was unlocked.
