I love when I come across books that can appeal to all three of my boys. They range in age 3 to 10 and all three enjoyed this book. The story revolves around Max and his friend AJ who experimented to create a serum to increase intelligence. They find the perfect test subject in school bully Johnny (since he's a not-so-smarty-pants.) The story has enough action, humor, and fun to keep children engaged in the story. This would be a great book for early readers.
