A fantastic sequel that elevated every element of the first book. The most important step this book took was having characters I was truly invested in! I cannot wait for the final book and to read all three together to create the full image of Kithamar!

Daniel Abraham does it again. He is a phenomenal writer and one of my favourites of all time. What a fantastic continuation of what is shaping up to be a new favourite series.
