There's always a lot to learn from personal experiences and with a book such as this, I'm grateful the author put his thoughts on paper and in sharing these aha moments, he waited till the very last chapter to share what could have been a very painful moment in his life.
It's written in conversational tone making it easy to read-so you can find yourself down to chapter six in an hour or so.
Two things spoke to me, or shall I say, stood out for me:
1. You see the world based on your level of awareness.
2. How you perceive a situation or event will determine your feelings towards the event.

Thanks Netgalley for the eARC, I would recommend this book to someone who is looking to connect to another person's life experience.
