Thank you to T L Swan & NetGalley for the ARC copy in return for an honest review.

The spice in this book was hot and spicy and I loved it!

Juliet meets Henley, they have a date and the best sex of their lives and then she is ghosted!.
Fast forward 3 years and they are neighbours, the chemistry is still there and there are alot of fights between the pair of them, throw in Barry the rescue dog and things go from bad to worse, then back to good!

Henley has alot of issues to deal with which Juliet feels she can crack, but he needs to admit to himself that he has said issues before letting Juliet in.

This was a good book to start a new series off and I can't wait to for the rest of the characters in the book to have their stories told. Cannot wait for the next book!

I absolutely consumed this book! Tee is such an amazing author, I can’t get enough of her writing style. The chemistry is electric between the two main characters. Tee definitely has a way of making you feel all the butterflies, laughs, and heartaches right along with them. The banter in the book had me laughing out loud. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. You will not be able to set this book down! I am obsessed with Kingston Lane and cannot wait to for the rest of the books in this series.

4.5 Stars— Henley and Juliet might have some of the best chemistry Tee’s written! It was obvious that outside of the physical, these two just made sense. Their first date was adorable, and their time apart felt extremely realistic.

When Juliet moves into her new house, her next door neighbor is Henley, a date that went wrong. They become “enemies” quickly and put up a good fight against the “lovers” aspect but they can’t fight the inevitable.

Kingston Lane, the neighborhood, serves almost as a side character in book. Every aspect of these neighbors is fun, fresh, and dynamic. I adore the fact that the series will revolve around this and we’ll get more from the side character neighbors in the future!

My favorite part about this book and the series is that the vibes feel very similar to the Mister series which I loved! If there’s one thing Tee always nails, it’s that her books give you the same warm and fuzzy vibe.

The final conflict was too short. It ended right as the book ended so it felt very abrupt which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

TL Swan can do no wrong - however, the Miles brothers will always have my heart and I feel like nothing can top that! This was a super solid enemies to lovers romance though, and I will definitely be recommending to romance fans! So spicy!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. There was so much happening as is usual for TL Swan and it all flows so well and at a great pace. I'm totally in love with Henley and all his issues and Juliet made me laugh many times. It was good also getting to know all the side characters, the "friends" whose stories will follow on. There's plenty of chemistry, sizzle and funny banter between Henley and Juliet but the absolute scene stealer has to go to Barry....he's the best!!

First of all. , Iam grateful to read this book as advance reader! I loved every minute of it. Tl swan did it again!! Wonderful book filled with amazing characters. She made me wish to live in Kingston lane . Henley and Juliet pulled my heartstrings. Henley is complex man and how he gone through motions to get where he is now at end of story is emotional.Juliet is there for him every time he needs it. Tl swan always pour her heart into developing these characters and it paid off. You can’t put down book till you finish it. Every characters is important. They make you cry, love and pissed off. Like her every other book , reading this book is religious experience and your heart will need it. Please read this book and you will enjoy it just like I did.❤️

“I don’t know much about life, about love, about anything, really. But one thing that I do know for certain is that I don’t have this… not even close. Henley James has me.”

Let me just say, T.L. Swan is such a captivating author. She always incorporates a beautiful story line, spicy scenes, and anything else you could ever want from a book.

I absolutely adored this book, but I was longing for more. What that may be? I’m not sure. I was wanting much more to Henley and Juliet’s story. I could have continued reading for 300+ more pages if it meant I got more of their story.

Thank you, NetGalley and Tl Swan for sending this arc in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Where do I even begin?! I'll start my saying the smut is SPECTACULAR. Like off the charts. From the first chapter, I had to keep looking over my shoulder to make sure nobody could see the absolute FILTH (in the best way) I was reading!

The story focuses on nurse Juliet Drinkwater and engineering mogul Henley James. The chemistry between the two main characters is obvious from the first chapter, and from then on, I knew we were in for a wild ride.

This book contains drama, and a lot of the time, I felt it was unnecessary, mainly because Henley and his issues and insecurities were the main cause of said drama more often than not. He's used to getting his way, but it's his way or the highway. This man gave me whiplash. One minute, he was tender and loving, and the next, he was distant, mean, and his behaviour down right toxic. You do eventually come to learn why he acts this way, but in my opinion, that doesn't forgive red flag behaviour.

Juliet is sassy and stubborn, but it was hard not to view her as a complete pushover a lot of the time, taking Henley back within two sentences of one of his many half assed apologies. I just wanted to shake some sense into her and tell her she deserves better!

The side characters are set up extremely well, and it was nice to see them have a place in the story with their own minor storylines and not just thrown in the there for the sake of plot development.

Overall, it was a solid start to the series, was a highly enjoyable read, and was devoured within 24 hours! Cannot wait for the next book!
