First off, I want to say that the cover of this book is super cute!!! My daughter and I loved this book. My daughter is 8 … turning 9 this year and Ava is. 9. This book can help a child who is nervous and helping them overcoming their fears. It also shows what true friendship really is all about.

Ava wakes up one day and realizes it is talent show day and the jitters start. She goes to meet her three friends; Manu Songbird, Levi Jumping Flea, and Bubbles Bumblebee. Maybe they can help her get rid of the jitters. Manu said he would whistle along with her. But his singing sounds a little funny. The nerves start again. Levi starts playing the ukulele. But a sting breaks. Now the nerves were really starting. Then Bubbles flew over and started buzzing. But Bubbles wings are not loud enough. Ava doesn't know what she is going to do. Manu drank some water and he sounded better. Levi found a new string for his ukulele. And Bubbles found a strand from a spider web under her wing. Now everyone sounds better. They practice and practice. The talent show was in the garden. Ava goes on stage and froze, but her friends started playing their music and she began to sing. The jitters were gone.
