This is my first book by Evie Hunter. It took me over 3 days to finish this book and that’s a record. I rarely need more than a day. The author develops the characters rather well but the storyline is just really hard to get into.

Good book! This book had a bit of everything! It had suspense, intrigue, murder, mystery, revenge, great detective work and some really crazy twists and turns that i did not see coming! The storyline was very interesting and kept me glued to my Kindle! I definitely recommend reading this book as it was well worth reading! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!

Carson is a husband that lies constantly. He always has a reason for his actions but Leona, his wife, is always onto him.
When she has had enough she tries to get him out of her life but he is not one to give up and he continues to force himself into her life while continuing to lie.
Leona decides to check on the man he said was his alibi. She meets a man who is as tired of Carson's lies and bad behavior.
A search begins to sort out the lies and bring Carson to some kind of justice
