I've read the last 3 books by BP Walter and have always enjoyed his style of writing. But this one totally blew me away! This is so dark, so disturbing, and such an incredible addictive read.

Told over 2 timelines of then, and now the storyline flowed seamlessly. Oliver, in his 20s, has gone on holiday with his fractured family but preferred to do his own thing. When he meets Alastair, things will never be the same again. Boundaries are pushed in this twisted, gritty, psychological read.

Thank you for the advanced readers copy in exchange for an honest opinion

Oliver is staying at Wood View Wellness Centre for an addiction to pills when he sees someone from the past. His Lover/friend from 20years previous. It’s told from a then vs now vibe.

Wow am halfway through and the twist are starting. Couldn’t put it down.

While the premise of "Notes on a Murder" initially peaked my interest I really struggled with the writing style of this book.

I rated it four stars because I do think that there was a solid plotline and the characters were developed.

I think this book will find it's intended audience and resonate better with those readers. It just wasn't for me.

Thank you B.P Walter, Harper Collins UK- One More Chapter and Net Galley for providing me with an ARC of this book.

Absolutely brilliant! This is B P Walter at his best. A highly original, captivating and addictive read with an explosive outcome.
This is Oliver's story as he goes on holiday to Greece with his dysfunctional family and finds romance. However it all turns into a shocking nightmare.
The author has successfully contrasted an ordinary family event with something dark, sinister and disturbing.
Highly recommended.
